Absolute bait and switch. 1) Picture and features of trail camera used to make purchase decision do not match actual product delivered. Needed one with cellular capability for use in the country. Sent one with only wifi and bluetooth connectivity. 2) Response when informed was "it's got most of what you want, we'll give you 25% refund if you just keep it and go away." 3) I fully expect them to say say "well then, ship it back to us, in the UK, at YOUR COST, and we'll maybe give you a refund". I despise thieves. May they burn in hell.
