If i could give no stars i would, Just like the previous reviews, i purchased directly from the web site early September 2025. What arrived was cheap and nasty camera, after 1 week the screen froze and does not work. I emailed the company to demand my money back. They constantly reply wanting to send me more or alternative products. After 6 times of asking for my money back i am still waiting. I think they have no intension of refunding me. Total bunch of scammers, to be avoided at all costs.

Never got what was advertised. They would not pay shipping to return. Everything about tis company seems dodgy

Som vissa andra skriver här så upplever jag dem som bedrövliga när man vill returnera. Jag skickade mail om att jag avser att returnera varan och får ej svar inom flera dagar. När jag då ringer till Klarna och berättar hur det ligger till och dem startar ett returärende samt pausar fakturan får jag svar från Osmo inom 20 minuter. I ovanstående mail förhalar dem med ett svar där jag ska ange anledning till returen samt ta bilder/ video på varorna jag inte ens har packat upp. Likaså för mig ska returen ske till Storbritannien!!! Uppdatering: deras returformulär som dem hävdar ska fyllas i skulle ta dem två arbetsdagar att skicka på epost. Efter att ha varit riktigt påstridig i chatten skickade dem tillslut det. Dem gör verkligen allt vad dem kan för att vara så omständiga som möjligt så att man ska ge upp returen och bara betala! Stå på er ordentligt om ni har trampat i detta gyttjehål!

Ik zocht een goede Soundbar. Soundlite van Osmo leek veelbelovend, maar kreeg een 'speelgoed'-product. Totaal niet wat ik verwachtte. Retourneren: kreeg eerst een email dat ik 20% van het aankoopbedrag terugkreeg, kon het product houden. Niet geaccepteerd, moest voor retourneren foto's maken van het product, maar mocht ook ervoor kiezen 30% terug te krijgen en het product houden. Uiteindelijk foto's gemaakt en retour-instructies gekregen. Retourzending (naar UK) eigen kosten. Ben benieuwd of ik nog geld terug krijg. Zeer traag in afhandelen van emails. Nooit meer hier bestellen.

This is a genuine experience of my own purchase! I bought online from Osmo, a professional appearing car dashcam retailer/manufacturer. I purchased on the 29th of September 2025, as the website stated the "Osmo Pro Dashcam" was back in stock. Following my purchase, I received multiple e-mails from the front company, apparently registered at 3157 Barkaker, Norway. I patiently awaited delivery over the coming days. I noted that the company was sending my order from China, but what isn't made in China these days! On the 6th of October 2025, I received a parcel by Evri couriers, expecting it to be my purchase of the Osmo Pro Dashcam. I excitedly opened the package....to reveal a dashcam, made by an unknown named : Miraface 4K X2. I quickly realised that this "OSMO front company", to be drop-ship scammers, buying cheap dashcams from China, for unsuspecting buyers placing their orders through a professional looking website online. Their website is Osmo-Osmo UK, OSMO Dashcams etc etc. Seems that they are scammers across several fronts! So you have all seen & read my tale of being foolishly scammed. YOU HAVE ONLY YOURSELVES TO BLAME IF YOU BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! POLITE NOTICE TO "OSMO" IN ALL YOUR GUISES. REPAY MY MONEY THAT YOU TOOK FROM ME UNDER A FALSE PRETENCE, OR THIS WILL BE THE START OF ME WAGING ONLINE FACT SHAMING OF "OSMO", in each & every merchandising reviewing column that I can raise this issue of "OSMO" HOW THEY SCAMMED ME, A HONEST TALE OF MY TRUST IN THIS COMPANY, ALLOWED THEM TO SEND A CHEAP INFERIOR UNKNOWN DEVICE, & THEY BELIEVED THAT I WOULD JUST TAKE BEING FOOLED, "OSMO" TAKE THIS REVIEW AS A BEGINNING OF MULTIPLE REVIEWS ACROSS AS MUCH MEDIA AS I CAN FIND. Blufföretag. Kom en plastig kopia från Kina som inte fungerade. Gick inte att returnera

Beställde en dammsugare och fick en typ leksak som inte på nåt vis påminner om det jag betalat dyra pengar för.. Stäng skiten så vi slipper bli lurade.

UPDATE I have been scammed. The dashcam I ordered has not arrived. Apparently it was given to the worst courier in the country, Evri, but I've never seen it. Remarkably I received a 30% refund over a week ago, whilst the people at Osmo, with a very Caucasian name when in fact they're Chinese, strung me along. Learn from my mistake and avoid Osmo dashcams like the plague. .................................................. I suspect I've been scammed. If I haven't then the company is dreadful and to be avoided. I ordered a dashcam on 26th September 2025. The stated delivery period was 2-4 days. I learned on 28th September that Evri, the worst courier in Europe, would deliver the product. Today, 1st October the Evri tracking system stated they were "expecting" the order. I contacted Osmo and was told delivery is normally 7-15 days. I'd taken a screenshot of the product order and sent that to Osmo and told them I dislike liars etc. I received a prompt reply offering a "refund" of 10%, which I think meant a discount of 10%. I've lost faith in this shoddy company and have cancelled the order and asked for a refund. I've heard nothing since. Don't believe the paid-for product endorsements and avoid Osmo. Don't give your money to these chncers.
