The product was not worth the money contacted company to return item says will have to pay for return and to save time get some money back

Okay I was told I would receive an email telling me how to send the Vacum back

The Osmo support team emailed me within hours and are very nice. The vacuum they sent has a design flaw. It does not vacuum carpets, although on their video, it shows that it does. They are refusing a refund because it's been used 1 time. It's hard to vacuum when there are velcro strips glued to the bottom of the vacuum (that holds a pad that falls off when you try vacuuming carpets) and they get clogged up with all kinds of hair, bits and pieces. I do not recommend the Osmo multifunction vacuum cleaner.
