The heater does not produce heat as described in the advertisement. It produces a fair bit of noise and was advertised as quiet. The two key reason i bought this unit were exaggerated by the vendor. This unit does not perform as well as your basic $42.00 ceramic heater..........

It was easy to give credit card information and request for shipment. I have no experience with this company and feel some risk with the process.
