This is first order. Easy ordering Money back guarantee and support..will rate later after arrival and use. I added to this as a few minutes after ordering I received an email from Osmo: "would you like to buy shipping insurance for your product..$4.99..don't they cover this on the price I paid? Don't like this tactic. I declined.
