This has been **one of the worst online training experiences** I’ve ever had. The entire course format at OSHA Training School feels outdated, messy, and completely unorganized. There is **no proper course outline**, no clear structure, and nothing that tells you what to expect or how long each section will actually take. They advertise the 10-hour SST course, but in reality it drags on for **nearly 20 hours** because of the confusing layout and poor navigation.
There’s also **zero support**. No guidance, no help available when you’re stuck, and no one to reach out to if something doesn’t work properly. You’re basically on your own with a course that feels thrown together last minute.
If you want to see how an online safety course SHOULD be done, look at **360Training.com** — their format is clean, organized, easy to follow, and actually respects your time with clear timing and structured modules. OSHA Training School should honestly learn from them.
I regret wasting my time and money here. **I would not recommend OSHA Training School to anyone.**

• The 10-Hour SST course is structured and timed according to NYC DOB requirements.
The total seat time cannot exceed 10 hours, and we do not have the ability—or incentive—to extend it beyond what the DOB mandates. If you experienced significantly longer timing, we would have been happy to look into that for you.
• Our support team is available 24/7 by chat, phone, and email.
After reviewing our records, we were unable to find any support tickets, calls, or chats under your name or email. We’re always here to assist, and we would have responded immediately had we known you needed help.
• Our course layout includes a full outline and module structure.
If something did not display correctly or if there were technical issues, our team could have helped resolve that quickly.

The system doesn't support online…
The system doesn't support online learning on Android device,
I have enrolled into the training for past three days but I can't access the system with my android phone to start learning.
I would suggest you develop an app for the e-learning.
