Bought my mom a shirt. Needed to get in a different color. Called in and someone picked up! Super helpful and change of pace for what you get these days.

I've just called Orvis because a delivery was lost and they were so professional and kind. The agent was able to locate the package and assured me that they could and would send a replacement if I didn't receive the original in the correct time frame. This is an unusual experience in today's customer service! Thank you, Orvis. I will be a customer for life.

Orvis, Charlotte,NC. I have been going to this store for over 14 years, ever since we moved here to Charlotte. I first dealt with Mary, “the store mgr”. She was awesome, but was promoted to district mgr. Then there was Connie, the new store mgr. I just want to brag on her, as well as her staff. It is just the simple things they do for their customers. I had a Barbour jacket sent off for repair, and “unfortunately it was lost in transit” no fault of theirs. All repairs were made, as well they didn’t charge me anything. This was suppose to be well over a $100. I will always continue to be their customer. Very surprised to hear these reviews. I have always found their customer and after sales service to be excellent, including two high end rods that I broke completely through my own fault (car doors etc). They repaired them - one as recently as last month - no questions asked at an extremely reasonable price (hardly more than return shipping) and they were both as good as new. Their rods and reels are fairly priced for the quality and my Helios II rods (5wt, 8wt & 12wt) are the favorites I own.

Called about an issue I had with one of my many Orvis products. Spoke with Zorrah in customer service! Was very polite and professional! Great service!! Huge help today and love the companies products and mission!

Excellent Customer Service at Pasadena location Just wanted to say that all these negative reviewers are tripping. I had an excellent experience dealing with the Orvis team at the Pasadena location. My jacket purchased was too big, and they exchanged it no questions asked. Super easy and now I have the right sizing for my Barbour jacket.

One of the best companies around. So happy they helped me out with my new fly rod! Will be a lifetime customer now
