Bought my mom a shirt. Needed to get in a different color. Called in and someone picked up! Super helpful and change of pace for what you get these days.

Is there a reason that orvis drop their signature polo shirts. I've worn them for many years and genuinely appreciate the quality. That what I went by them this year they have dropped them. Any chance of bringing them back. Steve McCusker

Do not use this company their customer service is horrendous. It took two weeks to get my product and then it was in horrible shape. Quality sucks

Worste customer service ever, the person didn't know a thing about fly fishing. I bought several wooly bubbers/streamers and the all SUCK. They either float like a dry fly or will only sink about a foot to foot and half they should sink to the bottom. Orvis is doing nothgung abiut it, they ruined my fishing trip I drove 5 hours round trip and hiked 4 miles round trip to have flies that are junk

Mens shirts from Orvis dont hold their shape when you follow the washing & drying directions exactly. Clothing bought at Walmart holds up better. I think they must make their shirts with inferior fabric.

If you want to receive anything you order within a reasonable time frame, look elsewhere. Good products but you would think an order could be received in less than 3-4 weeks. Cancelled my order and received the same product from another vendor in 5 days.

I ordered two items online with Orvis. Used my credit card and my credit card for payment. Submitted and acknowledged. A few hours later I get an email stating I left these two items in my cart. I call Orvis, no answer. I email them. Hours later get a response your order is good, sorry. I get an email confirming the order at that time. Next day I receive an email that one item is not in stock but they will send the other item. I request the order cancelled and my gift card restored and my original credit card refunded. I request this three times with their customer service (the name customer service with Orvis is a lie, no service) but they want help me. Don't shop at Orvis as this is the 2nd time with Orvis this has happed in the last couple of years. No more Orvis, period. UPDATE-I wrote the CEO of Orvis with the above info and then received an email from a customer service manager who corrected everything. So thank you Orvis.

As big as Orvis is and they cannot give Veterans a bigger discount than 10%? Wow!! Thanks Orvis. I was a huge customer, but not anymore. Thats nice of you all.
