I saw an ad for these shoes and decided to order a couple of pairs. Once I received them, (delivery was within 10 days) they were too big. I contacted customer service the very day I received them to find out how to exchange them for a smaller size. Within 24 hours I received a response with a solution. Excellent and quick customer service. Thank you. I will definitely be a repeating customer.
