Ellie support and confirmation
Ellie contacted me because I wanted to cancel an order I place. I wasn't sure of the company since I saw the advertisement on FB. After my research I and reading up on the company I decided to leave my order as is. I responded to Ellie that i no longer want to cancel the order and Ellie interm confirm my order is active and will be shipped as ordered.

The person got right back to me
The person got right back to me, validated my frustration and said they would check on it right away. I can't wait to try my new shoes, I am a caregiver for my husband who is a recent quadrapalegic and I am on my feet caring for him 24/7. Thank you!

I love Orthora shoes...
I love Orthora shoes...they are super comfortable and the removable lining allows me to use my a specially made insole. Having to wear a special orthopedic shoe i was worried I wouldn't be able to have a nice looking shoe but with Orthora I don't have to worry about that. My favorite part is that their shoes allow for my swelling feet.
