I had to reorder as the shoes we…
I had to reorder as the shoes we received because they were to big and so with a lot of emailing back and forth I finally reordered and I hope the correct size shoes. Thanks to the response I received I’m looking forward to the arrival of the new shoes.

Pretty easy to order
Pretty easy to order, promo code was already applied. Would recommend that when adding on to the order, like Insoles, that it populates to the same size shoes that were ordered. My order did not and I didn't catch it till the order was completed. I hope my email gets seen before the order ships.

Worth the wait
Despite the LONG delivery process, the support received from Orthora was incredible. Every email I sent was answered immediately and proactively. And I love my 3 pairs of shoes!

It was easy except I was looking for a 9.5 which they do not make. I ordered a 10 so we will see when I get them how they are.

The only suggestion would be to let…
The only suggestion would be to let people that it may take several weeks to get their order. Also to make sure of the size in anything. I always were a 9.5 shoe but in these only a 9. Sizes may run different depending on where they are made. Was unsure how to respond below regarding a date as there were several.

Shoes for sore feet
I am excited to get my new shoes. I was disappointed because add says buy one,get one free...but the second pair was $39.99 so not free. I am excited to see if they help my feet as advertised.
