I should have read the reviews. I ordered a pair, I was really hopeful - but these are cheaply made. Not only that - these DO NOT have the 'wide toe box' as they claim. They DO NOT have the arch support either. The day these arrived - I contacted them to process the return and the response is not professional for a business they are running. Got reply back from 'Susan' stating 'all the reasons of how their business is surviving' and that they cannot refund. They offered 50% voucher for another pair - but who, in their right mind, would order again from them given their dis-honest policies? This business should be reported to BBB.

Update : In the reply, this company says they are working with me towards a fair resolution. What they mean is they want to give me a percentage of a refund...so much for money back guarantee. What a joke! They don't even want their shoes back. This company has jerked me around left and right. As soon as I asked for the cancel/refund all of a sudden the issue with shipping was no longer an issue and my shoes shipped within an hour that same night so of course they came back then with oh sorry no can do on refund bc you cannot cancel due to the order being shipped already because apparently all you have to do is say I want my money back and at 3am this company fixes their so called "stocking issue" immediately and ships right then and there no problem. So I waited for the shoes to get delivered to me, and by this time I had already bought shoes I was happy with elsewhere so didn't need them, want them, but low and behold went to my mailbox and stuffed inside with all my mail was a black bag with my shoes stuffed inside in another cheap, knit drawstring bag. No box at all...just in a bag with a hunk of taped foam jammed inside the shoe. First I noticed all this, then when I pulled the shoes out, my next thought upon seeing them was that they didn't look at all like the shoes in the picture on the site. They were very cheaply put together, and I have bought Walmart shoes that I paid $5-10 for that felt, looked, and were just better all around than these that I paid over $60 for. Nevertheless, put them on and the insoles were horribly weirdly uncomfortable. They made me feel as though I had my sock folded up in places in my shoe and I was walking on them with every step bc they were lined from heel to tow with like ridges all the way across the width of the insole and they were very loose and floppy on my foot but I stood up and walked across the house to the restroom and I said oh my God I have to get those off or I will have blisters on my heels. They hurt so bad like my heel was being stabbed and cut every time I stepped. Floppy, rough, thin, cheap and just junk. Asked for a refund for the second time....and then a third and fourth through email letting them know I was far from happy or satisfied and now all they can say is thank you for reaching out we'll think about it and let you know when and if we feel like it what our decision is if we want to maybe.....bye now.....not word for word of course but yes, they basically said, oh well, we obviously can and did take money from your card immediately but unless you want to give us more, that's all we can do for you. Can't let you cancel and return your money so why don't we just expedite shipping to immediately so we can turn that request down and say it's because they did ship after you mentioned refund. I could have stopped them from shipping which is what I should have done, given that you specifically told me at a time when our company couldn't even give you an estimated date that you might get this product because we can't or won't even tell you when we might ship them so they can be on the way just no way of getting any info on shipping for you, but thanks for the $65 we took from you already however, and how about 10%off your next order instead and look over here instead of paying attention to what I'm doing bc I heard I want a refund and for you to not ship the shoes but I just ignored that and told you they had ta-da now suddenly shipped too late convenient isn't it. Wonderful customer service and way to give the customers what they want. Scam to the max. Deceptive, untrustworthy lying scam artists who claim to help the hardworking people who have to stay on their feet and need shoes to help them be able to do so, but what they really do is so completely opposite it's sad. Contacting the BBB with all my correspondence or lack there of mostly from them to me and vice versa and gonna do everything in my power to keep this from happening to another person like me works hard for their money and deserves better than this by far $65 is and always has been a lot of money to me may not be for most but I have a family responsibilities and I don't cheat people for the money that I get I work for it everyday and these people stole from me plain and simple and they'll steal from you too don't let this happen to you. I could go on for days talking about how and why this company doesn't deserve anyone's business I'm too busy having to fight for them trying to get my refund at the moment to say anymore and and I pretty much covered all the highlights I suppose just go elsewhere please people put this place out of business for good don't give your money to these people if you can call them people they clearly have no compassion and greed is what runs them. If something isn't done and they aren't stopped they will keep doing this and it doesn't bode well for them because their business going to crumble and rot due to their greed!

SCAM! I ordered two pairs of shoes from Orthora Footwear on September 20, 2026 for $79.95. I finally received the shoes on October 10, 2026. The site states that if you are between sizes, to go to the next size up, so I did. The shoes are too big, but not so big as I believe the next size down would be an adequate fit. I emailed customer service and inquired about a return. I received a reply from 'Susan,' the Founder saying that they cannot afford to send me a refund because all of their money is tied up in new product. I replied saying that was not an acceptable response. I received another email from 'Susan' saying my complaint would be passed on to a higher level. The next email also came from 'Susan,' even though that was not what the email address implied, and said, yet again, they do not have the funds to refund my purchase and offered me a discount on a new pair of shoes. The website says they will give a FULL REFUND within 45 days. The email response from the company says that policy does not include any clearance or sale items. Every single shoe on the website is discounted in some form. I purchased two pairs as a buy one get one free deal. Even purchasing one pair was priced as a discount so I just bought the two.

Do NOT order from this company. They Do Not honor full money back policy. Easy Returns is completely false advertising. Returns require sending to China and paying 85.00 or more for shipping. Shoes must be unworn. Customer service is a nightmare. After Many emails, I was finally told by founder of company that I would receive half what I paid. How does half = full refund? Or how that makes it right. Please explain how $39.98 is half of $139.79? Unbelievable!!! Look for how Many complaints have been filed with BBB. Wish I had seen them prior to ordering.August-October is not timely. I hope my review helps steer many people away from this company. They have No integrity. I have three pair of shoes to donate to a homeless shelter.

Do not waste your money. These shoes do not have wide toe box looking as if they are for wide feet. But the REAL problem is they are cheaply made with cheap materials. I just lost $140 on crap because they won't take returns. Why don't they take returns? Because THEY KNOW THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE PRODUCT. ITS A SCAM. I have just given you the truth, your choice is your choice.

Worst experience buying shoes on line from them. I ordered the size I normally wear and they are about 2 to 3 sizes larger. I contacted them about an exchange because the website says 100% refund if youre not satisfied. They replied and wanted pictures of the shoes top and bottom showing the sizes. I sent those pictures and requested an exchange. They sent another email asking me to measure my foot from my great toe to the heel to help find a shoe that would fit. I sent that information. Then I received an email stating they didn't have a shoe that would fit. The closest thing would be a size 6 (normally I wear a ladies 8 or 8.5) and if I paid a $15.95 shipping fee they would send me a size 6 even though that size would be larger than what I needed in their shoes. I emailed them back and requested to return the shoes for a refund. I then received an email back from them stating I could keep the shoes and they were unable to refund any money because they were having to liquidate stock due to losing money and not making any profits. I then replied back and told them I would be posting a negative review and contacting my cc company and filing a complaint with them. I then received an email back offering me a refund of 25% of the selling price and that was the best they could do. So here we are. I have shoes I can't wear and they will only refund 25% of the cost of the shoes because they "are struggling in the business and not making a profit" their website clearly states they offer full refunds and they refuse. This is the WORST experience. Lesson learned I will NEVER purchase from them again and I am leaving this negative review as I told them I would do because they won't honor their advertised refund policy. No wonder they don't have repeat customers and they are not making money.

Do not buy these shoes I bought them, they came from china didn't have the othora brand name on them or the real shoe size, they were uncomfortable as hell, I tried to contact the company to get a refund and it went to a no name company that didn't even speak English. I wasted 79.00.

These shoes are so cheap and uncomfortable. They will NOT stand up to a 12 hour shift. they have no support at all. After contacting customer service regarding a refund they tried twice to have me purchase more shoes instead of returning the ones I received. Still, I don't want you left with shoes that aren't working for you, so I've found one more way to help. I can send you a brand-new pair for just $14.95. That's about a quarter of what a pair normally costs, and it barely covers what it costs us to get it to you. It's honestly the most I'm able to do, but it matters to me that you end up happy with your Orthora shoes. Your new pair would ship quickly, I will process it right away and you're welcome to keep your original pair to give to a friend or family member. Thank you again for your patience and kindness.
