I just find the sizing is off
I just find the sizing is off. I ordered a women’s 8.5 and i swear it was huge! Getting it corrected now but i waited a long time for the first ones to get to me soooo let’s see how long i have to wait on replacements. I was able to send my foot size in cm and that helped. Waiting on a 6.5.

Easy Peezy!
It was easy to find what I was looking for and easy to order. There are lots of options for shoes. I’m hoping the turnaround time is quick too. And hopefully I like the feel of the shoe. I have never bought shoes on line before.

Customer service
Customer service rep was very kind and worked with me to resolve my issue. The only reason I did not give five stars is because I still have to pay some of the shipping, and so that reduces my original "great deal" cost... but if the shoes fit, I will be very satisfied.

It was essy to order. I take a size 9wide. I wasn't given the option of wide. I hope they will fit

It has been an adventure
It has been an adventure. I’m cautiously optimistic about the shoes but like the inserts I received. Took a long time to get them, then they were too big and the wrong color and out of shape, but you have offered a viable solution to the issue and now I will begin the long cautiously optimistic wait again.

The response time was QUICK and…
The response time was QUICK and efficient. The link provided was helpful, what would've been perfect was to provide the link and highlight where to look for the thing I inquired about, because it was a page I already visited. What i was looking for was smaller in font and the color didn't stand out as much. But once I looked for the third time I found it.
