Uncomfortable! Refund hassles!!!
Uncomfortable! Still struggling to get a refund! They keep offering to replace the shoes of course this will cost $15 for me to ship ! The only positive thing is that they do respond! But they keep avoiding the fact that I want a refund!!!! Waste of my time and money!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!
BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, both in sz 9. I received 1 pair in sz 9 and another pair (wrong color) in sz 6. The website advertises a money back guarantee. There is no way to process a refund on the website, even though steps to do so are given, so I contacted them via email. They offered to send me a 20% discount on the sz 6 shoes, but no refund. I cannot wear them; they are 3 sizes too small!! The sz 9 shoes that fit, are comfortable. I want to return the sz 6 shoes and I want my refund! They respond to emails, they just do not honor their advertising promises. Spend your money at reputable online businesses that are tried and true and not Orthora.

Shoes run small didn't fit tried to…
Shoes run small didn't fit tried to return but they didn't offer return. Ended up stuck with small shoes and on got 17$ refund out of 59.96 that I had pd. Shoes had no support were flimsy.

Horrible company with a horrible…
Horrible company with a horrible product. They will not give a refund. They only want to exchange but their shoes are not comfortable at all.

The shoes looks so cheap
The shoes looks so cheap, not comfortable like the advertise. Return even suck. try to offer store credit which I do not want to buy with this company any more. Now if I want a full refund, I have to ship them back to China. They have the warehouse here in US, but make it difficult for me to ship to China. Basically they force you to keep it or you got nothing back in return after send to China. What a fake company with fake shoes. Don't buy it

I wouldn’t even give this company 1…
I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. The shoes are the most uncomfortable thing I have ever worn. They advertise 45-day money back guarantee, well don’t believe that because they don’t do that. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

I ordered a men's size 11 they don't…
I ordered a men's size 11 they don't have a men's size 11 so they sent me a size 10 a whole size too small for my husband's foot I've asked for a refund they've offered me $5 I paid $59 and some change they offered me a $50 credit for any of their shoes all of their shoes don't come in size 11s so I'm stuck and they're not going to give me my money back but $5 I can't believe that this is happening !!!!!!

I purchased a pair of Orthora shoes as a gift for a family member
I purchased a pair of Orthora shoes as a gift and the shoes didn't end up fitting the person. The toe part was too tight for her wide feet. I requested a refund and agreed to pay the shipping fees for the return. The process took several back and forth emails and required a photo. At the end they said I could only receive a 10% refund.
