I was charged more than the total given on the finalized overview???
I had decided on the colors I wanted and put them in my cart but had to go do something. Went back to finish the order and it was exactly as I left it but when I finalized the order, it was $40.00+ more by the time the order went through.

I understand that product can get low and have to be restocked. I ordered those shoes because I needed them for a specific reasons and I am hoping that they will help with that reason. Checking out was very simple
Checking out was very simple. I had more of an issue with price. One price came up then went to check out and the price was different. I finally got the price I wanted.

Exchange Process
Unfortunately, the shoe was too big and I needed to exchange them for a smaller size...During the exchange process, the customer service team was very helpful, but a bit slow in responding. I'm looking forward to trying the shoes and hoping they will be a great fit!

Easy site navigate once you find it-…
Easy site navigate once you find it- there's other (ortho footware) sites that made it confusing and a bit hard to find. Im waiting for my shoes to come in! Im really hoping it helps my neuropathy. Will update review once I try them out for a bit

Good discount
Good discount. However on completing my order, I was offered a 2nd discount, on shoes that did not come in my size. I wear a women's size 12.

I was finally able to get a partial…
I was finally able to get a partial refund and I will donate the shoes(wrong size) to charity.

Feedback on order
Product Information and specs were good. Refund policy really sold me also. Things that could be better - shipment time. I realize you may be trying to save on shipping fees but it takes too long to receive shoes (I'm still waiting for them to arrive). Even if you just give an expedited shipping option would be an improvement.
