Why do I have to pay 495 for shipping…
Why do I have to pay 495 for shipping protection? Are you telling me you are not a reliable company and I may not get your product I think it’s just a way for you to get extra money. This is my first order. I have questions whether I’ll ever be ordering again if this is the way you do business.

Not true to size…
The website claims that the shoe size is comparable with your current shoe. I wear a 9 so I ordered a 9 it was way too big. Emailed customer service to exchange, they told me to keep them and pay $14.95 shipping and they’d send me a new pair so I did and ordered and 8.5. Received those today and they told are way to big.

Customer service 👍, quality 👎🏿
I’ll start out with saying the customer service at Orthora is good. I ordered men’s size 9 and got a size 11. I contacted customer service and was told that the size 11 is the women’s size and should be a men’s size 9 but the shoes much longer that my other size 9 shoes I have. But they sent me another pair size 6.5 and they do seem to be a men’s size 9. I had to pay another $10 to get them so not too bad. The shoes are a disappointment! The advertising says wide toe box but they don’t seem to be more than a medium width? The heel support is good but the shoe is thin under the ball of my foot. There isn’t much cushioning there. The shoe lacks much arch support. Honestly they feel like a cheap shoe from a box store and not an orthotic shoe. I’ll finish by clarifying that Orthora has a fitment guarantee, not a refund policy. If you don’t like the shoe they offer you replacement shoes at a very low cost. But they do not want to return your money. I didn’t read the guarantee well enough so my bad.

Size incorrect
I ordered men’s size 10 and they were more like size 11.5. The tag said women’s 11.5 and men’s 10, but that was incorrect. I had to reorder a smaller size and pay for the shipping. You should have just sent me the correct size and not charge me. Something is wrong with your sizing.

Delayed Shipping and Poor Communication
It took almost four weeks from the time I ordered until the time the package was delivered. Communication was generally poor as to updates. However, when I contacted Customer Service, they tried to help. So I would rate that aspect a little higher. The shoes themselves are comfortable. Time will tell if they live up to the hype as I just got them.

Cost and Quality
I felt the cost of these and what they’re targeting is a complete scandal. I am very hesitant to spend a lot on shoes but my conditions have gotten so bad I took a chance on this company. Before my payments have been completed the soles underneath have completely worn down on the outside diagonally. My feet were falling off the heels. The tread is gone and slip resistance is a joke. Do not waste your money.
