Very cheaply made, ad said try our shoes for 30 days or get your money back. It took 30 days to get the shoes. When I tried them, my feet were aching, my hips were aching. I'm on my feet all day. I contacted customer support, they said they could not issue a refund because it was a clearance item. It didn't say anything about that on the ad. False advertisement, DO NOT BUY- SCAM ALERT

They offered a 50% refund but when accepted the offer they refused to honor it. I offered to send the shoes back with prepaid label but said they don't offer a prepaid method. Returning cost more than what they're worth. Exchange cost 14.95 per pair. Not happy at all. They offered a voucher as if I would want ro spend more money. The size I received is not true to size and they refused to honor what they offered. All they have to say:I’m truly sorry that the shoes were too big and didn’t fit as expected. I understand that you ordered your usual size and are disappointed that the fit wasn’t right. I also understand why you’re upset, especially since you were previously offered a 50% refund. I sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration this has caused. I want to be honest with you: we’re unable to process the 50% refund at this stage, and I’m truly sorry that we cannot honor the earlier offer. At this time, I can offer you either of these alternatives: A 50% voucher toward our new and improved shoes, featuring better quality and more accurate sizing. A replacement pair for $14.95 per pair, with no need to return your current shoes. You may keep, donate, or gift them. I understand that these are not the options you were hoping for, and I’m sorry we haven’t been able to provide the resolution you expected. I wanted to explain the available options clearly so you can decide how you would like to proceed.

The shoes are not sized as marked. Way too big. When I emailed the company and asked for my money back because it was in the 45 day window (day of delivery) I had 4 different people emailing me and saying they are sorry that I was not satisfied with my order but they would give me 50% of my purchase price for store credit. I repeatedly said I wanted my money back. I finally just gave up and agreed to the credit. But I will not be using it. Junk

It took weeks to get the 2 "identical" pairs of shoes. One was an inch bigger than the other. I had to email to request a replacement pair. So far, I have been offered; a new pair (accepted), then it would cost $30 for the "newer" model, a 25% refund (accepted), pay $15 for the new pair, a 50% voucher. The explanation for all this they have no money, going out of business. The refund, return and exchange policy is words only. They will NEVER follow though but keep asking you to pay more for "newer" model shoes. Classic bait and switch. Expect to keep the poorly fit crap you receive. EDIT: after 18 days and 12 emails back and forth, I finally got a 25% refund. This is still not in line with the policy on the website. It took my review here to finally get anything back.

Terrible customer service. I received my shoes and they do not fit. I reached out to customer service and after 3 attempts Jeffrel told me to keep it the ones I have and a new larger size would be sent out. He asked me to measure my feet which I did, never heard back from him. Took me 4 more tries to get a response, this time from the “owner” she said they could send me another pair in a larger size but I would have to pay. Not happy with this company at all.

Horrible!!! Shoes were too big and uncomfortable and hurt my back. When I asked for a refund, they said no. But offered 25% refund after I co tinued to ask for a refund and asked to return. Then they said we will send you the "new version". Then when I said fine send it or return my money, I got an email stating sorry due to manufacturing issues and costs we can't offer you anything previously offered or any type of refund. STAY AWAY

Very disappointing experience with Orthora Footwear. I purchased a pair of shoes that turned out to be uncomfortable, so I contacted customer service to request a return and refund. Orthora advertises easy returns and a 45-day comfort guarantee. However, nowhere during my purchase did I see any clear disclosure that customers in the United States would be required to ship returns all the way back to China at their own expense. When I requested a refund, I was given a return address in Dongguan, China. International return shipping is expensive and inconvenient, making the return process extremely frustrating. Instead of offering a reasonable return solution, the company suggested purchasing another pair by paying an additional shipping and handling fee. I find this return process misleading and unfair. If customers are required to return products internationally, this should be clearly disclosed before purchase, not after requesting a refund. The advertised easy returns and comfort guarantee create expectations that don’t match my experience with their actual return process. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from Orthora Footwear. Be aware that you may be expected to ship your returns to China at your own expense. Very disappointing customer service and lack of transparency.

If I could give Susan less I would don't ever buy from these people I have sent emails to get return the shoes and I got an email telling me she would not refund my money (I usually wear a 8 1/2 or 9 they told me I should buy a size 10 and they are a size and a half to big ) and she told me if she had to refund my money she would loss her company and said she would give a 50% off voucher to buy their new shoes lol .when I am done with this scam she will loss everything. And yes I have the emails she sent.
