These shoes SUCK!!! I have had 4 surgeries on my left foot and was looking for a tennis shoe that my ankle and heel would feel good in throughout the day. They promised a 12 hour wear and you would have no problems. WRONG!! My foot hurts worse than when I put them on this morning!!!! DON’T BUY THESE SHOES! I can not return them because I wore them one day to see if they actually made your feet feel the way they promised!! NOPE!!! I want my money back!!!!

The shoes just do not have the cushion or comfort for an all day walking/standing job as advertised. If you want a house shoe, then this will work. But if you are on your feet all day… dont bother. They are expensive for what they are. Basically, crap.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes (different styles) in size 8.5 women's (EU 39) and a pair of insoles. I did not have to wait very long to receive them, less than 2 weeks. They are shipped in fabric bags inside a plastic bag. My first pair of shoes, a lace up purple model, fit perfectly. They do seem cheaply made, but I won't know more until I wear them for a bit. The second pair are a slip on model. They seem nice, but are far too large. The label inside says 42, and they are 1 1/2" too long for me. It has become obvious that I was sent a man's size 8.5. So the emails started. I received prompt replies and had to provide photos of the shoes and the size label. I did everything I was asked. Then I was told they would be happy to send me a new pair for a nominal shipping charge. I refused, because this was their error, not mine, and good customer service would demand free shipping. The emails continued and I was offered the 15% refund or a 50% credit, which I refused. I continued to send emails with screen shots of my order and their hassle-free return and replacement policies from the website. Then I received an infuriating email stating that they had shipped the correct size and no replacement would be coming! So I took a photo of the purple shoe next to the black shoe (too large) to graphically indicate the size difference. So now they are agreeing to send me a pair in the correct size. But it has been over 3 weeks of dealing with this! I hope I succeed!

I made a big mistake in ordering two pairs of shoes from this company. I was looking for some orthopedic shoes because I’m a teacher and on my feet a lot. When I receive them, I discovered they came from China. They refused to give me a full refund and I had to email back-and-forth several times. The shoes were configured very strangely. Even though they looked nice the tennis shoes felt more like a high heeled shoe. The walking motion felt very awkward and strange. I ended up only getting a 30% refund so I only got a little over $30 back from my $108 purchase. For warned this company is terrible!

These shoes may have a solid foundation but the upper structure is like wearing a sock. It feels like wearing a sock with a hard sole. When I tried to return the shoes, this is their return policy. Do not buy these shoes! They are not as advertised. The tow box is so narrow I couldn’t wear them for an hour let alone the entirety of my 12 hour shift. I slipped one on and immediately returned it to the bag, not box, the bag they came in and immediately contacted them for return and refund. They kept trying to sell me another pair of shoes offered me a 10% refund and ultimately told me I need to pay shipping and customs to return them to China myself. Horrible experience and subpar shoes, do not waste your time and money!

The website said to order your normal size and stated that they were excellent shoes for workers on their feet 12hrs a day. Nowhere did I read the shoes came from China. It took 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive. When I opened the package they looked like a 12yr old could barely fit in them. I tried them on and they were very snug. The mailing card said no hassle easy return. First off the QRcode didn't work, I had to email because there is no phone number. I did get a response after 24 hours. I was told to take pictures of the shoes on and to take a picture of measurements of my feet!!!! I reminded them of the no hassle, no questions asked return policy. 2 days later I get another email stating I could return them to China, paying shipping out of pocket or I could accept a $15 refund. I took the refund and tried to wear them a few hours. These are the absolute worse and painful shoes I've ever had in my 65yrs of life. Lesson learned and I don't even want to give them to goodwill or a homeless person. No one deserves to wear shoes that poorly made or that painful. How is this company allowed to stay in business?

Waited 3 weeks only to receive cheaply ill fitting shoes. I ordered 8 1/2 wide. The toe box is so tight. Very heavy bottoms and the heal is angle towards the toe. Absolutely worst shoe I have ever tried on.
