DO NOT BUY OR BE SCAMED BY ORTHORA FOOTWEAR this company's advertising and marketing and deceptive trade practices are made and shipped by China. They say these shoes are Ortho shoes for medical condition Planters Fascia and are cushioned, they say it's wide boxed toe and easy return, that's not the truth. It's a lie. When I order these shoes a few days later. They went on sale buy one, get one free. So I ordered the buy one get 1 free and tried to cancel the other order. They said it was already sent. It was not sent.I asked him if they could change one pair from a pink/ gray to black.They said that 2nd order was already sent.That was a lie. When I got the first pair of shoes, they were narrow my toes word squish to the top of the shoe. I'm a true size 8. They are not wide boxed shoes. They are not cushioned, they do not support your feet and are very cheaply made. On their evaluation on the website, they say they are number 1, compared the Sketchers. I have Archfit Sketchers that are wonderful. These shoes don't even compare to Sketchers. The next two pair that came the first pair was the same narrow, and did not fit the other pair.The navy and pink pair we're stretched out so much. It looked like somebody with a fat foot, had tried it on. I have been emailing and trying to work with this company since May it is now July. They will not give me a return shipping label.They told me to ship it myself when I asked for the address.They give me an address in China.I went to UPS to ship them back all of them, it was going to cost me $700.00 to $800.00 which is not reasonable Shipping costs of returns. They offered me a 100% refund to buy another pair of shoes on their website. Now why in the world would I wanna do that? The shoes I already have are not supportive they don't fit cheaply made not cushioned not wide box toe don't fit. Then, they said I they would offer me 30% refund can keep the shoes. I don't want their shoes. I spent $160.00. Through my bank they refunded the buy one get one free shoes and the inner soles. But the other pair it went through Affirm/ShopPay my bank disputed it. And refunded, 3 payments of $16.22 and stopped the other payment from coming through. Now Afirm wants me to dispute it from them after they told me to go to my bank. It has been a nightmare, wasted a lot of my time doing the dispute process. And then then they say, they're in the favor of the shoe company. I'm about ready to go to the Attorney General's office. This company should not be able to scam people and in America like this. Then I get another email from Orthoa Footwear they will refund 50% of the $64.90 and now 75% refund if I close the charge back case. AFFIRM SHOP/PAY IS SAYING OWE EVEN THOUGH MY BANK HAS DISPUTED IT AND THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO TURN ME OVER TO COLLECTIONS. THEY SHOULD REFUND ALL MY MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT BUY THESE CHEAPLY MADE SHOES THEY ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED. THE REFUNDS AND RETURNS ARE NOT EASY. 4/29/2026 to TODAY 7/10/2026 this is not fully resolved yet? I wish I could upload a picture.

I purchased the shoes based on the rave reviews that I kept seeing. The company claimed to have a 45 day guarantee, but you have to meet certain criteria within the 45 days. The company site also states easy returns. I ordered the shoes based on my normal shoe size and I added a half size. The shoes arrived from overseas. Tracking was hard to follow. The shoes were too small and didn't match the picture of what I ordered. The shoes didn't even match the confirmation email picture. When I stated my concerns to customer service, I was given 3 options: replacement pair if I pay additional s&h, or 10% cash back on purchase price, minus shipping, or I could pay overseas shipping to ship them back. My advice is .. Don't order from this company.

The shoes I ordered did not live up to what they said they would. I needed something with a wide toe box and arch support. What they sent me had neither. I contacted them for a refund. They promised me a new pair of shoes if I would send them the measurements of my foot. I sent them the information that they asked for by asking for a size up. They have not responded to my numerous emails. They informed me they do not do direct refunds. I regret buying anything from this company. I do not recommend them. I will never buy anything from them again. They have given me a product I cannot use and refuse to give me my money back.

I am only giving one because I have too. The company has the worst customer service and they say easy return/exchange. I have emailed so many times and I am getting no reply or when they do reply then they stop. The sneakers helped slightly for the plantar fasciitis but now it’s causing a problem with the ball of my foot and I leave in pain. Order 51988 The WORST customer service.

Website was easy to navigate to find the shoes I wanted. Check out was quick. While check out was easy, I still don’t have my shoes! If you want your shoes in a timely manner, order from a different company. It’s been 3 weeks and I still don’t know when my shoes will arrive. I’m going on vacation next week and was hoping to have my shoes by then. Who would have thought it would take a month to get an order? Clearly they do not have a warehouse of stock to ship out right away. Each order must ship out individually from China. Terrible!!

The ad on Instagram and information on their website is not accurate: the "breathable mess" is very thin, and cheap feeling. This was the first red flag for me. I didn't think they would last very long. When I put them on and walked across the floor, my heels slipped up and down out of the shoe, which was uncomfortable and didn't show me stability. The "wide toe fit, roomy toe box", squished my toes, which defies their statement of "pain free". I walked across the room and knew I these shoes weren't for me. If I could have tried them on in a store, I would not have purchased them. I was under the impression that with their "45 Day Comfort Guarantee", it would be any easy return. That's one reason why I bought them online. However, they make it very difficult to get your money back. One reason, you have to wear them 3 to 5 days to "break them in". I believe shoes should be comfortable when you try them on. Then you have to take pictures and they get to decided if it is justified or not on a reasonable return. Then you pay to send them back, hence, it is a process to return. I just want to reply to the o comment Orthora Footwear has left for me below - to contact their support with email address. Please know I did do that 3 times, once after I replied to an email ad I received from "Jenny". I didn't hear from her after I sent the email.

They should get a negative rating! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM! They suck you in with the 45 day guarantee but they will not give you your money back. They come from China and say you have to pay $80.00 to return them, They lie! DO NOT BUY THEM! This company needs to be banned in the United States!
