Horrible shoes
Horrible shoes. I purchased two pairs thinking they would have great cushion in them. Nope no cushion and the sizing is half size too small. Don't waste your money on any of these shoes. I never worn the shoes because when I tried them on they were so uncomfortable. I am trying to return them but they won't give out full refunds only 10% cash back plus you have to pay to ship them back. Horribly made shoes. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The worse shoe I've bought for the high…
The worse shoe I've bought for the high price. I have worn them less than a month & they are worn down on the outside of my heels. When I first got them I could feel the holes in the soles of this shoe. Very disscusted & want everyone to know, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON CHEAPLY MADE PRODUCT!!!

Ordered 6/23, received 7/9, shipped from overseas. China? Used the size chart, I am a true size 10. At least one full size too small, toe box extremely tight. I ordered 1 sole insert and was over charged or charged for 2? These are women's or unisex shoes, unless guys have small/petite feet not going to work. I asked for the refund process, they basically said you can keep them and pay again for shipping cost for another pair, which meant wait another 16 shipping days, maybe get another pair that don’t fit correctly, and they are of very poor quality. Big mistake on my part, this was my third attempt to order black orthopedic sneakers via online. The first two different companies couldn’t even give me a target shipping date after ordering 15 days before? I still remember when you could buy and receive sneakers pretty efficiently! Old school, driving back to the outlets again… Lol!

Dissatisfied Customer
The shoes I ordered a 1/2 a size larger than my normal size. I tried for more than a week going back and forth with your people to get a refund because the shoes were too small. I had to make my purchase local because my purchase was for a upcoming vacation. End result was to take one of your company"s offers since it was obvious your company had no intentions of living up to the return policy. I will never order from your company again!!!

What terrible experience
What terrible experience. Shoes were too small. The return process was pathetic. My and my wife’s shoes needed to exchanged and was told larger size in that style was no available and the instead sent two pairs of the cheapest shoes I have ever seen. A total embarrassment if I was to wear them. And, they charged me $9.95 for each returned pair. So in all the two pairs of shoes cost me approximately $130. Stay away from this company. So disappointed.

Nice Looking Shoes but
Nice looking shoes. Plenty of colors to pick from. Sizes available and easy to order. Looking forward to their arrival. Now that I have received the shoes. Not orthopedic shoes. No arch support and very flat. Hardly any cushioning. Return process is basically made impossible. One statement is you can wear for 45 days and return. Other statement is they have to be unworn. (7/26/26). New insole received 8/11/26. No difference at all. Think twice before you buy this shoe or insoles.

This company is the worst!!
This company is the worst!!! What they advertise is a complete scam!!! Shoes aren’t what they look like online and the fit and quality is awful. Then when you ask to return they make it impossible to be able to return their product to get your money back as navigating the return process is beyond difficult and to the point impossible!!! They advertise easy returns…complete lie. Plus when you reach out to return these horrible fitting shoes they try to sell you more shoes to get more of your money instead of offering an easy return and refund. Don’t ever buy from this company!!! It’s a total scam…I had to reach out to my credit card company because this company will take your money and refuse to give it back.
