False advertising at every level
These shoes are not "no risk" 1. The company charges for exchanges. 2. The company will not refund your money if the shoes do not fit. 3. You pay for any return costs. 4. The shoes run small to almost guarantee that you will either need to exchange for a fee, return for a fee, or just keep them out of frustration and the company keeps your money.

They don't respond to emails
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes last month. When I ordered them I ordered a size 6 because my foot doctor said I wear size 6 in diabetic shoes even though I usually wore size 7 in regular shoes. I tried them on but I cannot even get my foot in the shoes, just my toes, so I have emailed the company MANY MANY times trying to get a refund. I wanted to send them back but I NEVER get a response. I have 2 pairs of shoes that cost me over $89.00 and I can't get any answers on how to send them back. I am getting so frustrated. I emailed them and waited several days to hear from them then emailed them again and waited, NO RESPONSE. I believe they don't care about customers. I just sent another email today. I bet I still get no response. This has been going on for about 45 days! Too late to return them huh Orthora? Don't order from this company!

Shoes did not fit
Shoes did not fit. Ordered my usual size. To big could not wear them for the 3 days per instructions. Would like to return.

Shoes are not sized correctly
Shoes are not sized correctly. Quality is very poor. They advertise a refund but they only offer 10% back. Do not purchase from thos company.

Shoes for two small too tight I guess…
Shoes for two small too tight I guess they don’t know how to make shoes the size they are supposed to be, but I will be donating them to a Shelter letting them know that they must be a size smaller than what they’re supposed to be our size and a half smaller than what they’re supposed to be. Maybe someone can get some use out of them because I’ve even seen some of the reviews talking about how hard it is to get your money back and all of that so it’s not worth me even trying. They also took so long to get that must be made in some foreign country where people have little feet.

RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1. THEY LIE. THEY WILL MAKE PROMISES THAT THEY CANT KEEP. I ordered and paid for shoes on June 7th, 2026... I still don't have them. They told the BBB that the shoes were still in transit, so they can't return my money. The reality is they lost the 1st shipment from China and shipped a second shipment from China 3 days ago (after I told them, based on their policy, I could demand a refund). They won't talk to you but use chatbots instead!! They are thieves! The reviews say the shoes are garbage, so I don't expect much if they ever do come. I hope you read this BEFORE you order! Learn from my mistake!

There is no option to cancel my order
There is no option to cancel my order. It feels like a scam and trust issue for me. My issue still not resolved yet.

They are the worst shoes ever
They are the worst shoes ever. And un reading return policy. One says they must be worn, the next page says that they have to be brand new never worn. Read the fine print before buying
