Ordering was easy but I recommend…
Ordering was easy but I recommend ordering a half size smaller than your usual size. Still waiting for my replacement because shoes were too big. Can't review the quality until I get new pair.

Overall it was pretty easy
Overall it was pretty easy. The only problem I had was determining what size I needed.

Great Customer Service not so great in Shipping
The ordering and navigating it all was good no issues there. My biggest issue was the shipping - it came from overseas and the tracking was so confusing! It took along time to receive my order and became extremely frustrating. When I’d emailed you all about the shipping issues I’d get the exact same response every single time (almost like it was a pre-written message! That further made me upset. When I finally received my order I tried them on and found they were really big (I normally wear an 8 in woman’s but these were so big it caused a blister on my heel from so much slippage. I really loved the feel of the Shift Pro versus the Ortho Pro. I had received an email from Princess in Customer service regarding my order- I told her I got them but the size was to big. She explained that the shoe is made wide and that I told her was great for I have a Bunion on my right foot. She told me how to take the measurements of my feet and not to worry about extra toe room the shoes are built with that in mind. I sent her my measurements and she was extremely helpful. I had asked if I could get the replacements in the Shift Pro instead of 2 in the Ortho Pro and if it was ok to get different colors. She gladly accommodated my requests. All I had to do was pay for shipping and I did not have to return the others. So for the customer service it was excellent in helping me and answering my requests in a very timely manner!!! The shipping part was not good (took to long, difficult to navigate tracking and when trying to get answers to that through support it was repeated messages sent every time. I’d say over all my experience was really good. I’m excited to get my shoes in the correct size for they are so comfortable and someone that gets Plantar Fasciitis/ heel pain these are going to be life savers!
