I purchased two pair of shoes based on a Facebook commercial I saw for this company on September 15th 2026. My Hope was that it would relieve the foot pain that expensive shoes had not relieved from plantar fasciitis. It took almost 3 weeks for the shoes to arrive and when they did they looked nothing like the advertisement (very cheap) and they were horribly uncomfortable, even after just a few minutes. You could tell they were nowhere near what was advertised on TV, both in looks and comfort. Contacted the company to request to return for a full refund and have been getting the runaround ever since. The company now claims that they're having money difficulty which would explain why they sent me a garbage shoe instead of what was advertised in the pictures. This company is obviously going under so save your money and look elsewhere do not purchase from them! I guess it's back to Amazon so that way I can return it easily instead of throwing away good money!

Orthora does NOT stand behind their “easy returns and exchanges”, and will not send a different size when the shoes you receive are too small. From all the reviews I have ready today, I’m shocked there are good reviews about customer service from a company that - in their own words in an email as to why they can’t refund or exchange- “is fighting to survive”. Save your money. Order from a reputable company.

SCAM...I wear a 9 to a 9 1/2 in a shoe. Your product comes in whole sizes after size 9. So I went with a 10. I ordered 2 pair. When I receive them, I tried them on and they looked like clown shoes. Your policy says return after 45 days wear test and easy returns. In order to return your product, that I tired on and took off a minute later. I needed to prove with pictures that I never wore them and they still look new, I did! After contacting customer service, they said they would contact me and tell me how to return them. I had to contact them two more times before they even reached out to me in a two week period. This was their response to me. Shoes run large. Could not return because they were on sale and fine print said no returns even though they tout a 6 week trial period. The shoes took a long time to arrive relative to other companies.

Dont buy anything from them they take your money and never send the shoes out and ask for a refund is like pulling teeth and all of sudden they going of bus

I requested to return my sneakers multiple times. Do not purchase! After the many times I requested a refund, they emailed me first that something was wrong with the factory and they couldn't send me a replacement pair that I had to pay for (AND that I did NOT request) then sent me a second email stating they were going out if business and offered me 25% of my refund. It's a SCAM, do not purchase!!!!!

I asked for a refund as I found these shoes to be poorly made with cheap materials, and not a supportive sole The website says 45 day money back guarantee. As soon as I sent the email requesting a refund, I immediately received an AI generated response stating that the owner is loosing money and cannot give me a refund but could give me a 50% off voucher for another pair. I have already wasted money on 2 pair of shoes I can't even wear! Why would I waste another penny on their crap shoes. What a scam!!! Highly dissatisfied!

After taking my money, you change my order color and size wide. This is totally unacceptable! No wonder you’re going out of business! Not canceling my order if you can’t give me what I ordered is unacceptable!
