The sneakers I received ARE NOT what I…
The sneakers I received ARE NOT what I ordered. These are a cheap Chinese rip off…a counterfeit item, and I am not happy. Currently trying to seek a refund.

Horrible shoes and scam company
Horrible shoes and scam company. Ordered the 12 hr shift shoe and it was the wrong colors, was very nerro and too small. Contacted the company for the satisfaction guarantee and they offered 10% of the purchase price back or 50% as a store credit or to send me a diffrent style they claimed were better. Just got the replacement today and wow they are even worse than the first. More like socks and cheap plastic soles. No arch suport what so ever. The thinnest insole that was just a little foam and fabric. When you feel the inside of the shoe with out the insole it feels like just fabric stretched over a bunch of holes in the material the sole is made out of. Both sets I recieved also had completely diffrent bottoms of the shoe than what is pictured. To top it off both the first shipment and the replacement took weeks to recieve. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Do not order from this company
Do not order these shoes! They are not orthotics at all. Took them to my orthopedic doctor and these absolutely do not have arch support. Low quality shoes spend your money somewhere where you can confirm that they do have these supports. 100 satisfaction guarantee is not a true they try everything to make you keep them and shoes are huge and do not match shoe size compared to other companies. Returning the pair I got and it’s going to be a pain to get this refund because I’m in the us and need to send them back to china. Buyer beware!!

Very bad return policy and shoes did not fit
Do not buy from this company before fully understanding their return policy. For the most part, you cannot return the shoes for a full refund- exchanges only and you pay the shipping costs. Get your shoes from a different company that has a better return policy. The shoes were way too large and now we are just keeping them because they claim we would pay $20-40 in shipping and they will only give 20% back for the cost of the shoes. This company is not customer friendly and I do not recommend that you buy shoes from them.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my two…
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes for my two daughters and self. Order came in late. Sizes were too small as they would fit small Asian feet not the regular US sizes. I sent funds to cover the next 3 pairs of shoe replacements. They sent US sizes and were too large. Wrote back to the company, they were willing to send me another repalcemnt then retracted and said they would give me a 10% refund from my original order or 50%d towards another pair of shoes. Return area is in China and was told you will never get a refund because it's a SCAM. You spend more money and will not get anything back. As far as the shoes go, I will keep the shoes and say goodbye to my money. Lesson to be learned, do not trust reviews because it's bogus too.

I have been trying to return the shoes…
I have been trying to return the shoes I received, but I am getting the runaround. After offering 10%, then 30%, then 50% discount, they offered to refund my money after I send it back to China, which will cost around $45. This seems like a scheme to hold my money when I am not happy with the product and simply want a refund for a shoe that does not orthotically support my feet. Added July 25: Again this company offer us a discount (now 75%) for a shoe we do not want. Instead of just refunding our money as advertised without costing up to $40 to send back to China (which is not advertised on their website). I would advise everyone against purchasing from this website.
