I ordered one pair of shoes which went smoothly. I had them sent to my mother for her birthday. Afterwards you gave me a discount for a second pair so I decided to buy that pair for me. When the process was complete there was no way to separate the two pair. It didn’t give me a choice for a different address. There is no way to use a separate address like Amazon does.

Wanted to give a 0 rating but would not let me. Advertised 45 day money back, free shipping, free returns none of it true. Shoes run way to big! Don't order from the company.

Prices are reasonable, but customer service is horrible. Sizes do not correspond to actual sizes and they want to charge for shipping you a pair that corresponds to your size.

Very friendly and easy service, they are helping me try a different pair and another size. I had to pay for shipping but they let me keep the old pair that didn’t work to keep my feet comfortable during long shifts. I guess I’ll donate them or something. Now that I am writing this, I am paying more for something I could not wear, for another pair that might not work for me either. lol oh well, let’s see how it goes…. :) They seem really nice so I am sure if the new pair does not work they will refund me. 😁 UPDATE: So I got the shoes back and they were cute but because they don’t have 1/2 sizes and their normal 10 I wear runs large I requested a refund and that was 2 weeks ago so I hope they will work with me like I worked with them. Update you soon! UPDATE: They are refusing to refund me and are offering to send me another pair of shoes the same size 10 that didn’t work before! I am going to start a dispute to get my money back and I recommend you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS! BEWARE!! False Advertising AND these shoes are shipped from overseas. They say easy returns but they are not easy and are very expensive to return as you would have to pay the customs and duty taxes which cost the same as the shoes! These shoes are too heavy to wear for long shifts on my feet. The size is about a half size too big than what it should be. The wait to get these shoes was too long. I am not satisfied. They offered me a 10% credit on my credit card and I can keep the shoes. I am still out the rest of the 90% of my money and I cannot wear the shoes! I will NEVER buy from this company ever again! UPDATE: The refund mentioned from Orthora was only $8.25 which was not even 10% of the cost of both shoes. They don't show the hidden charges for the total cost of their shoes so that is the only amount of refund I could get without spending a small fortune to send the shoes back.

SHOE NIGHTMARE! Waited for over a month to get my order of 2 shoes. Placed my order July 7th.There was some kind of defect and they were sent back. I was not notified and I was the one who contacted this company to see where my order was. Shouldn’t you be the one in contact with the customer. Especially if the product was sent back and the wait was going to a lot longer?ANYWAYS… Got the wrong size, tried to get a replacement pair but they didn’t have them in my size. Really don’t like the other colors or styles. I was completely over this and just wanted a refund. HA HA HA, I was offered 10%?of the cost of one pair of shoes and I get to keep the wrong size shoe. Freaking frustrated by now. Got another offer for 12%… 12% of $59.99 is like $12. I’m freaking pissed if by now. I’m not made of money and I am not going to lose $60.00! I looked at the website again and found a pair I semi liked. But Guess What? You’re out of that color in my size!! Super Mad Mad Now!!To end this she nightmare I settles on black and I’m not to happy about this. They is 2% chance I will be ordering from this company ever again!!!!!

I ordered size 9 US for my wife. The shose we received were huge are 12 inches. It toke around 2 weeks when to be shipped from overseas. When reach out to request return they ask for the reason. Then said no refund they don't want the shose back I can donate it or gift it. They can send me the correct size if I pay $ 15 for shipping.

Talk about FAKE NEWS! These shoes are JUNK! Absolutely no way “good for your feet”! You can tell there is no arch support at all! Plus the size 7 feels like I have size 8 on!
