Too big then too small
Well. First it took a long time to get my first pair of shoes. I wear a size 9. I have since high school. Sometimes I can wear a 8.5, but most time it's a 9. I was really excited to get my shoes. When they finally arrived I was disappointed that they had toes because in the add it didn't look like they did. I tried them on reguardless because I really needed comfortable shoes working on concrete for ten plus hours a day. I was surprised how big they were. The shoes were more like a size 10. I needed to return them and get a smaller size. I was communicating with someone that was great from customer service. She said I could the shoes (even though I couldn't wear them) and I could just pay shipping to get another pair. I picked out another pair. I ordered a size 8 (8.5 wasn't available) and they came yesterday. They're too small. I tried to wear them today. I managed 4 hours before I had to go to my car and switch into my old shoes. I felt like my feet were going to fall off. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. I really believed by the ads that these would be the shoes that were going to help me at my job.

Hi Kathleen, We’re truly sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced with both pairs, especially after waiting for your original order and hoping the shoes would make your long workdays more comfortable. Upon reviewing the situation, we can confirm that the replacement was a different style from your original pair. Since each shoe style has its own size chart and measurements, the same size number can fit differently between styles. For this reason, we always recommend checking the size chart for the specific style before processing a replacement. We understand how disappointing this experience has been, and we’re sorry the replacement did not provide the fit and comfort you were expecting. A member of our team will reach out to you directly to help find a fair resolution. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make this right. Orthora Footwear
