The shoes don’t fit right
The shoes don’t fit right, and I am trying to get a refund like it says, 45 day money back guarantee…..but customer service is wanting me to keep the shoes and only give me a SMALL percentage back…I would like the address so I can return them and I want the $59.99 back, not 10% or 20%, that’s just rediculous. Never again.

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! Order was very simple to place. Product took a bit longer than I hoped for delivery. Apparently, they have different styles of comfort, of which I was looking specifically for plantar fasciitis and arch support. The product I received was of no comfort at all. I reached out to begin a return process, but there is really no such thing with them. You will not get a full refund, you”ll end up paying absorbent shipping costs to return items, or they’ll send you more products for a very minimal fee, all of which makes no sense. So many options for nothing! I ended up cutting my losses and learning my lesson. Not happy with this product. Please do your research!

THEIR WEBSITE SAYS EASY RETURNS B.S!!!! IT HAS BEEN 2 1/2 WEEKS OF THEM NEGOTIATING WITH ME ON MY RETURN I CANNOT GET 100% OF MY MONEY BACK AND THEY ARE OVERSEAS SO THEY ONLY COMMUNICATE 1 TIME PER DAY---DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I have a job where I am on my feet 8+…
I have a job where I am on my feet 8+ hours per day. I have some foot issues and need shoes with a good arch support and solid quality. I thought I would give Orthora a try. I received the 2 pair I ordered and as soon as I tried them on, I knew they wouldn't work for my feet. I needed a replacement right away so I ordered from a different company. I contacted customer service at Orthora to return the 2 pair and was notified of their return policy which is unlike any other company I've ever ordered from! Unless I ordered a replacement, they only offered me a 10% refund and that was after paying for the return shipment outside of the US and insuring it! I would never recommend that someone order these! There's too much likelihood that footwear will not work without trying them on first and this return policy is ridiculous, at best! I'm very disappointed in this company and their footwear.

I placed two (2) orders
I placed two (2) orders. But somehow it got entered as THREE ORDERS. .I IMMEDIATELY saw the error and tried to correct. I sent email as you specified. There is no phone number. Now i will have to fight to get this corrected or returned? Thank you Becky dayton 704.488.3619

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. I ordered my shoes 3 weeks ago and still haven't even received them. They were shipped 11 days ago and have been sitting in a facility a state over for 11 days with no movement. Will I ever get them? If I do, I'm concerned after reading all these reviews. I hope they fit and work well. Never again

I had a horrible experience with this…
I had a horrible experience with this company. My husband and I ordered shoes on the same day. He got his shoes, I never did. The company (support staff, that I am convinced were AI individuals) at one point accused me indirectly of receiving the shoes, then requesting a refund. I had to go through my credit card company to receive the refund, after numerous emails to the company. My husband did receive his shoes, but they were completely mis-sized. He requested a men's size 10, but received shoes that were much larger. My daughter wears a size 12 women's, and they were too large for her. Please, there are other sites more worthy.
