Communication was great
Communication was great. Ordered size 8, when I usually wear a 7-7 and a half, but on website I didn't notice half sizes, and it mentioned order size up if you wear a half size? So after waiting about 2 weeks, unfortunately when I got the shoes, they did not fit right, too big. Your respond back with my problem was excellent! Paid for the shipping fee for new size to be shipped. Can't wait to try them!! Thank you again! God bless!

Check out was difficult when Capital…
Check out was difficult when Capital One was offering a $40 discount. I tried to cancel and start over. Was unable to, now I have TWO orders of the same sneaker. Now I will have to return one pair. I hope I’ll be happy with the sneakers.

was easy to click through to ad to get…
was easy to click through to ad to get to order location. Would have liked to confirm sizing since I have large calves due to prior injury. Not sure sizing will meet my needs, but was looking for best value

Double check the size....
I order the shoes in the size that should have fit, but they were about a size and a half too big. I got with a representative and they had my issue solved with a couple of quick emails. Can't wait to see if the product is as good as the customer service!!

I have not yet received my shoes
I have not yet received my shoes, but the mistake of putting three extra pair on and getting them removed. I got really good help for that. Thank you for my refund without having to re-mail things. Looking forward to receiving my shoes.

The only thing I did was make an order
The only thing I did was make an order. But I did like i caught the sale on time to purchase 2 pair of shoes. I do not know what the service is about yet. I will have to wait and see how long it will take to get the product, condition and if the product is worth the money.

Ordering was okay
Ordering was okay. The last part saying there was a credit. The credit I didn't see. I saw where you wanted me to order other products. I would have loved receiving another color for the shoes.
