FALSE ADVERTISING!
FALSE ADVERTISING!! No arch support at all and NOT true to size. I honestly do not believe that the positive reviews are real.. because theses shoes are awful. I am a OR nurse and work at least 12+ hours per day. As soon as I received my shoes (6weeks later) I tried them on and no support at all inside. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will NOT give me a full refund.. only 20% off next pair. Why would I purchase another pair!!

First pair of shoes were too big and…
First pair of shoes were too big and replacement pair were still too big. Agent for company said to return it pair I would need to pay a large international shipping fee so I went with replacement. Still are too big. Also shipping from China takes forever. Shoes also seem cheap to me. Will not be recommending these shoes. They will go to Good Will.

I still have not received my order nor…
I still have not received my order nor any updates on it does not speak very well for your company, I am considering filing a complaint to shop pay and requesting a refund, I ordered these shoes because I am diabetic and need some relief for my feet but it doesn't look like this is the way to proceed

Not satisfied with Shoes !
I ordered 2 pairs of Orthofit shoes ( buy one get one free). Both pairs were to wide. I tried to work with customer service, but after a week of back and forth emails, OrthoFit CS would not work with me. I decided I wanted to return the shoes because on their website, it says “Easy Returns” which is a complete lie. Because they said I could return them at my own expense. To me, that is not easy returns. I have informed all of my friends and family how deceptive this company is.

its been 20 days that i ordered my…
It's been 20 days that i ordered my shoes and I email customer service. Their respond is always the the same. its stuck in a facility and not moving. So when will it moved? This is rediculous. Taking too long to deliver and I'm still waiting

They don't give you a prompt response…
They don't give you a prompt response about your complaint. It took almost three weeks to get the shoe. I get the shoe, it's the wrong color it's too big now. I'm gonna have to deal with a return and refund process.

Customer service is great but I would…
Customer service is great but I would like to know where my order is? It's going to be going on a month I need my shoes it said 2 to 3 weeks delivery. I've been referring everyone about these shoes because the people I work with need comfortable shoes on concrete floors and you guys have not met my satisfaction. Very disappointed.

Going by their size chart I ordered my…
Going by their size chart I ordered my shoes. When got my order theshoes were too big. I had to go thru so many problems trying to to exchange and get a smaller size. When finally able to exchange, I had to pay $20 for shipping.I ordered Aug 7th and still didn't receive my order yet which they said would be delivered by Aug 16th to 22nd. No one can tell me where my order is. I will never buy from them again. So instead of a 1 star that would be a 0000 star
