I am so disappointed with my order
I am so disappointed with my order. First it took over a month before I got my order. The buy one get one free was a joke. I only got one pair and the shoes didn't look like what was advertised. I would love my refund but I'm scared I'll get the run around for that. Please don't order from them.

The check out process reverted back to…
The check out process reverted back to an old address I’m no longer at or even in the same state as. Trying to cancel order or correct the address seems to be impossible as the only way to do anything with this company is to email and they said they would reach out to solve the problem and seem to still be shipping to the wrong address.

I ordered my shoes back on August…
I ordered my shoes back on August 25,2026 and I still haven’t received them. What is the problem??? Plus they was supposed to be buy one get one free and when I paid I paid for both pair of shoes I’m not liking that either but I figured I would have them by now so either refund me my money or figure out where my shoes are and send me half my money back

I Would rate a 0 if there was a…
I Would rate a 0 if there was a possibility to do a 0?The sizing is way wrong and when asked for a refund and offered to return them. I bought 4 pairs.The inside has a very hard ridge where the top of your foot is it's extremely uncomfortable.The sizes were all wrong. I asked to return them because they are uncomfortable even if they were the right size. They denied it and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Then they told me that they could give me a 10% refund and I could keep all 4 pair that I bought that.Don't fit an aren't comfortable?But that's the only thing they could do for me.I would not waste your money on any of them. Not to mention , it took a month and three days to get them

The shoes were very poor quality
The shoes were very poor quality, I ordered a size 9, the shoes I received were too big. They advertise good arch support, but the shoes are so flimsy. They also advertise 45 days guarantee return, false advertising. They make it very difficult to return and then you have to pay your own shipping fee. And no refund, This company is a scam. I want my money back.

Very disappointed and frustrated! BUYERS BEWARE!!
Very disappointed and frustrated! My order came in too big and the wrong color. Having a hell of a time getting a refund or replacement. I ordered women's 8.5, and received a men's 8.5 (women's 10), and one pair was pink, not purple. Over 20 emails on their screw up. At first they said they would not give a refund, but would ship the correct shoes at no cost to me. Now they are back stepping on their promises to fix and send the correct shoes. Unacceptable! Customer service is terrible, and does not honor any of their policies! You can't talk to anyone, over 20 emails requesting them to correct this, and they keep changing their stories. Order was placed Aug first, wrong items received Aug 26th, shady customer service emails that is not honoring their own policies refund or replacements to today, Sep 9th. BUYERS BEWARE!

Shoes were over an inch too long
Shoes were over an inch too long. In order to remedy the problem, I had to pay more for a replacement pair, or pay even more to return them to China.

This company is horrible
This company is horrible! I ordered a size 9 and the shoes were 2 sizes too large...I was told I could get a smaller size if I paid an extra $10...really? I refused then they offered me a 50% refund...again, really? I refused that again and said I wanted a full refund but they wanted me to send back the shoes to China at my expense! I'm done...never ever again...beware of ordering from this company.
