Orthora FootwearReviews of orthora-footwear.com

Do not ever by shoe from the Orthora-Footwear. It’s made out of plastic and cloth, very low quality. They do not return money. If you asked for return, they start bargaining saying I will refund 10%.. Once you do not agree to them and keep asking for return details, they share address where the shipping cost more than shoe. After reading reviews I ignored and bought the shoe. Never buy shoe from this Merchant . Money is gone

The shoe was too big so I order to exchange it, I have to pay $9.95 for another shoe instead of exchanging sizes. Your choices for refunds etc were not con and I feel very mislead but your advertising of easy returns. This is not an easy process. I so hope these shoes fit as I can’t keep paying $9.95 to find the correct size.

To all you folks who plan on ordering from this site I suggest you hold off on writing a review AFTER you get your shoes. Ordering is easy and pleasant until you have to wait weeks for your order to arrive. The real fun begins when you want to return them and realize you will never get your money back. They will offer you 10%, 20% or maybe 30% percent to keep them if you keep emailing them but in order to return them you will have to pay shipping charges that may exceed what you paid for the shoe to send them back to China which the site conveniently doesn’t mention. If you do receive your shoes and they fit congrats because you are one of the lucky few. But most of you will find out about the scam this website is running when you either try to return them or exchange them. I suggest you avoid ordering from this site at all but if you want to take the chance on losing the money you spent then good luck!

I bought my size and it feels like there two sizes too small if im spending almost 100 dollars on shoes I expect them to at least be my size

I ordered a pair of shoes because they advertised them as supportive orthopedic footwear. However, the fit is completely off and they are not supportive. When I tried to return them under their advertised "easy returns" policy, I was hit with a major runaround. Customer service refused a full refund. Instead, they gave me 3 options: pay $80.00 fee to ship them back, accept a tiny 10% refund and keep a worthless shoe, or pay $9.95 "donation" fee to keep them. They make it impossible to get your money back for a defective product. This is a scam and this company needs to be shutdown before others get scammed. I have been in touch with their customer service since 8/15/26. Their response below is another runaround and it's absolutely ridiculous. With all their complaints on the BBB you would think the company would start backing up their refund "easy returns and refund" policy. How many more people are going to be scammed by this company. They are making money just by not giving people their refund or charging more money when they want to return the shoes.

Delivery took too long- 30 days from date I ordered. Shoes are oversized- way too big. Now I’m stuck with return postage costs - this is not 100% guaranteed! Beware !!

BUYER BEWARE! If I could give negative stars I would. I am not someone that normally leaves reviews. I have had plantar fasciitis for months. I ordered shoes in my normal size. It took 7 weeks for delivery on 1 pair. The other two pairs in my order took 9 weeks. The shoes were HUMONGOUS. I ordered a women's 11. They fit my husband who wears a men's 12. I asked for a return or exchange and was told they could exchange them for a $20 "contribution." I am not "contributing" anything for your error. Then they offered me 50% store credit. I will not be purchasing anything else from them, and told them I just wanted to return the shoes and get my money back. I said I just wanted my money back and said I would return the shoes. They said they didn't want the shoes back, but offered me a 10% refund on the cost of the shoes. I told them I have no need for 3 pairs of gigantic mislabeled shoes. I said I wanted all of my money back and asked for a number to speak to a real human. Still no response. Update: They are NOT working with me. They wanted me to pay $20 for an exchange, which I will not be doing because they already have $150 from me. They also offered 70% store credit. I want all of my money back. I do not want poorly fitting shoes, and I do not want to wait another 2 months to get them. They said I can return the shoes at my cost, and will not provide a shipping label to do so, so I will have to pay to send the shoes back to China. The website indicates that the company is based in Miami, Florida, but I would have to pay out of pocket to ship them back to China!

BEWARE! The shoe is flimsy, does not possess any of the qualities described… minimal arch support, especially. Attempting to get a return is next to impossible. I don’t believe this is a legitimate Company. It is certainly not customer service oriented!
