Customer service is second to none!!
Loved the shoes but I ordered the wrong size. Customer service is outstanding!! Solved the problem as smoothly as I have ever seen!!

Ellie alleviated my concerns
Ellie alleviated my concerns, and provided me with the information I was missing,. I would change your order form to make an email mandatory for completion. It was unnerving to hit the order button with no further contact. Especially in this Hacker filled world.

I first gave a negative review because…
I first gave a negative review because of the time it took getting the shoes to...BUT, I have them now and must say they were worth the wait! I have chemo induced neuropathy in both feet and have to use braces...these shoes work great with my braces and for that im truly great full. At 77 im on a very limited income or I would order the black ones! That's how much i love these shoes. Order time may take awhile but its so worth the wait. Thanks for making such a great shoes! These shoes are made for walking
These shoes are made for walking! From the moment I placed my order and all thru the process, this company kept in informed of my order. These are well made and being skeptical about ordering online, i was very pleased with them. I have a bad back and knees and they give me comfort. Just the right amount of padding and support. Good value for the price. Lightweight and breathable material. Those of us with wide feet. No problem, the toe box is wide. Again, thanks Orthora for making a great shoe.

Very comfortable shoes!
I was a bit hesitant at first about ordering these shoes because I had not heard good things about the company. However, i decided to form my own opinion and ordered them. After I ordered them orthora kept in touch with me and kept me updated as to where they were in transit.I now have them, and I have them on at work. My job requires me standing for hours on end and as soon as I put these shoes on, I felt like I was walking barefoot. They are so comfortable!

My shoes are so comfortable They are just like the ad said So many times I buy stuff that isn’t like what the ad said But I love these shoes
