Hi Mary, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We completely understand your concerns about sizing and wanting more information before making a purchase. Orthora Footwear is a legitimate company, and we’re committed to providing quality products and support to our customers. Each shoe style has its own specific size chart to help guide customers toward the best fit, as sizing can vary depending on the design and fit of each model. Regarding the inserts, they are completely optional and are not required to use the shoes. Hi Nana, Thank you for sharing your detailed experience. We’re glad to hear that you found ordering and checkout simple and easy, but we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the shipping delay, limited tracking information, and delivery to your neighbor’s home. We’re also sorry that the first pair was too large and that you weren’t provided with clear return information. We appreciate your understanding in keeping the pair as a possible Christmas gift. Your feedback about the tracking and delivery experience is very valuable to us, and we’ll continue working to make this process clearer and more reliable for our customers. Thank you for giving Orthora a try! Orthora Footwear

Hi Dora, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed and honest feedback. We’re glad to hear that ordering was simple, and we completely understand your frustration with the additional offers appearing after checkout. Your suggestion makes sense, and we appreciate you sharing how you would prefer these offers to be presented. We also understand how important comfort and support are when spending 8 hours on concrete, especially when other expensive shoes haven’t provided the relief you were hoping for. We sincerely hope your new shoes meet your expectations and provide the comfort you’re looking for throughout your workday. Thank you for giving Orthora a try, and we hope you’ll have a great experience with your new shoes! Orthora Footwear
