Shoes look NOTHING like the picture
Shoes look NOTHING like the picture. Shoes are bigger than the shoe size. Returns are impossible. Arrival took over 3 weeks. Definitely throwing away your money if you order them. Do NOT recommend.

This is a scam!!
First it took almost 3 weeks to receive the shoes. When I took them out of the bag I already knew they were cheaply made and the insoles were not going to support my feet. I immediately got onto the site and requested a refund. After I realized I would not get a refund I decided to wear them. After 2 days my feet and back were hurting. I went to buy insoles for them today, hoping I can get some of my moneys worth of use. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!

The only way to contact them is online
The only way to contact them is online. However, no one has responded back to my request for addressing my multiple Shoe shipping issue. It has been weeks and now I am bumping up against their 30 day timeframe which means if I don’t hear from them, I cannot get my situation resolved, and I’ll get stuck having to pay for all these shoes that were shipped to me. I am very disgusted with this lack of responsibility on their part. Please call me to address this issue. I would be happy to change my rating. Should we get this resolved.

The shoe is poorly made
The shoe is poorly made. No arch support. I tried to return them to no avail. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES

These shoes are terrible
These shoes are terrible. They say there is a wide toe box. What a joke. My toes were smashed together and I could barely walk after my 12 hour shift because my toes hurt so bad. The return process is ridiculous and is not free like they say it is. It took a few weeks to even receive them. I DO NOT recommend these shoes or this company.

My true shoe size was too large
My true shoe size was too large, then the size Orthora recommended based on actual measurements was way too small. They charged me $10 additional to ship second pair. When I asked for a refund, they offered 20% back to keep shoes. When I said I didn’t want them, I was given return instructions to return to China, at the cost of over $200. Mind you, both pairs of shoes were sent to me from Miami and Hialeah. In the end, I received $8 back. I think this company is a scam and I will give them a bad review on any social media platform that I can.

The order was easy to easy but the…
The order was easy to easy but the sizing for the shoes is very poor I order my reg size they arrive and my foot is flopping around it is I say two inches maybe more to big now I’m having trouble returning them and it says free return but of course there a phrase in there if you are returning for size problems we must pay for the return yeah what a catch I’m very disappointed and I’m going to pay for the return just to get them back to them my order number is 125473 I even sent a email right away now I’m being told they can’t find my info to tell me how to send them back well I am disappointed I was looking forward to trying them but now I’m saying I need to return thank you Alice finch
