I order Fly 7.5 women’s size
I order Orthora™ Fly — 12-Hour Shift Shoes for All-Day Foot, Knee & Back Pain Relief (Black) × 1, Women 7.5 on October 11 and expected delivery is between October 19-25☹️ two weeks I have to endure my 8-10 hours shift while waiting for the delivery. Hope they’d rather have physical store to get it rather than wait for 2 weeks😔

I am beyond upset at the hoops you had…
I am beyond upset at the hoops you had to go through to make a return. It’s been like two weeks back and fourth just to exchange my shoes for a smaller pair. I received my order Sept 29th. The only way to get a hold of them is to email. They don’t have a phone number or anything. Got them tried them on and they didn’t fit. They run big. And the hoops they have had me go through just for an exchange is ridiculous. I will definitely never purchase from them again. So beware, if you order and if for any reason you have to exchange it will no be an easy process.

I think if your shoes had consistent…
I think if your shoes had consistent sizes. It would be much easier to get the right fit

I like the shoes
I like the shoes, but your shoes must be sized different because the first time I got them I ordered an 8 1/2. which was too big. Yes they were replaced. I got an 8 also too big.

We will see how they perform
You claimed best shoes ever built but then you have better insoles. Makes me serious question the shoes. We will see how they perform. I stand all day with serious knee and back pain.

Not a great purchase
I purchased these shoes In early September receive them mid October. Many shipping.delays and less than satisfactory customer service response or resolution.Not confident in the durability as these soles are very hard and feel very slick on floors. I am wearing them but scuffing up the soul as I go. Return policy does not allow a full credit so I will continue to wear them, but do not recommend them for older adults.

I was just looking at the third pair…
I was just looking at the third pair and all of a sudden they added it to my bill before I can say yes or not. Also, I have ORTHORA House shoes. They’re not comfortable at all because the fur inside the soul seems like it be burning my feet so I’m trying the gym shoes to see how they work.

I ordered the wrong size
I ordered the wrong size. Was told I'd receive another pair and how to measure my foot. All good. Well somebody dropped the ball and after waiting two weeks I reached out. Well now they are on the way. The first pair have started tearing up. The eyelet has torn away from the material. I'm not sure how I feel about the whole experience. Some good and some bad.
