Shoes don't fit
Shoes don't fit. Ordered a size 9 in women's think I got an 11 or 12 way to big and very uncomfortable 😐. They will not refund any of my money. Calling it a small business is not a true statement. I will never buy shoes from them again. Trying to return since 9/21/26 they say they were on sale so I can't return them. They had a deal not a sale. They also took forever to be delivered.

I bought off this company
I bought off this company. The shoe's were terrible. They have a 45 day guarntee. Not true at all. They say send them back at my cost. Going to China than they will give me half the money back. So now I'm out money with shoe's that are no good. Ok sent messages to them. No reply what so ever

I ordered these shoes for my daughter's…
I ordered these shoes for my daughter's birthday when she received them.The shoe is way larger than what she normally wears in her size. I contacted the company and asked for an exchange and was told to send my daughter's foot measurements. I was also offered to pay more money to receive a different shoe. After about eight emails , because I was told to mail internationally back to china , and the cost was going to be between $20 - $80 dollars. All I can say is buyer, beware, nothing in their ad Is true and they have no intentions of exchanging or returning your money. I was scammed by this company and nothing in their advertisement about their guarantees is true.

The order started processing before I…
The order started processing before I hit the process button. Sent an email right away to try and cancel. Received a response stating they are going out of business all sales are final never saw that when I was looking

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. THEY LIE ABOUT FREE EXCHANGES ⭐☆☆☆☆ Misleading Exchange Policy and Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with Orthora Pro Footwear. The website states that exchanges are free, but when I needed to exchange my shoes, I was charged a $14.95 fee. Advertising free exchanges and then charging customers when they actually need one is misleading and frustrating. The shoes also failed to meet my expectations, and I regret making this purchase. The entire experience has left me dissatisfied with both the product and the company's exchange policy. I would not recommend Orthora Pro Footwear. Read the exchange policy carefully before ordering, and be prepared for unexpected costs even when the website advertises free exchanges. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Literally no arch or ball of foot…
Literally no arch or ball of foot support. The soles are hard plastic. Terrible shoes for anyone that is on thier feet all day.

BEWARE!!
BEWARE!!! I ordered 2 pairs. You would be better off getting a $20 pair of shoes from Walmart. After one hour, my feet were killing me. Tried to get my money back. Gave me a big sad story. They do not return your money. I was once offered 25% back. After I agreed to this small amount. Then story changed and wouldn't give me my money back. This is a huge fraudulent company operating from China. The shoe was the worst I ever had. Doesn't look anything like the picture!!!

I would not highly recommend purchasing…
I would not highly recommend purchasing anything from Orthora footwear. Horrific return experience. Do not purchase anything from here. I bought three pairs they were too big and they made me pay $15 times three pairs for shipping a total of $45.14 to get them replaced after at least 20 emails back-and-forth horrible customer service policy for returns. My new pairs are on the way, but as I look at my order, it looks like they are not even sending the correct colors Do yourself a favor and save on stress and order your new shoes anywhere else but here.
