Orthora™ Pro — 12-Hour Shift Shoes for All-Day Foot, Knee & Back Pain Relief I received the shoes after an extended and unacceptable delay beyond the estimated delivery date provided at checkout. Furthermore, upon inspecting and trying on the footwear, I discovered two critical issues: Incorrect Sizing & Fit: I ordered a US Women’s Size 7.5, expecting standard sizing However, the shoes delivered are significantly larger than a standard US 7.5 and do not align with standard size ( Image attached) Substandard Quality: The craftsmanship and material quality fall well below acceptable standards. The materials feel inferior, and the overall construction does not reflect the description or images displayed on your online store. I don't believe this will solve the 12 hr shift pain issues. Because the product is unusable due to incorrect sizing and fails to meet basic quality expectations, I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price.

I placed an order for two pairs of shoes and one insole. After paying I was browsing further on Facebook and then came across the same shoe but one get one free! I did not get that deal when I placed my order. Now that I paid I would have to cancel the order wait for my money to go back to my card to order the buy one get one. This totally sucks

Orderedon September 6 it is now Septeber 24. I have not received my shoes the tracking show no time or date when they will arrive. I contacted support a few times still mo shoes. I feel like I am being ecnored. If I dont receive my shoes soon I am going to file a complaint with my better business bureau and my state attorney general. I think I have been scammed. They have my moneybans I have no product. They show generic videos of some women making excuses why my shoes have not been delivered. Very disappointed.

Well I would like my money back for one reason yall said yall would return for free if it wasn’t the right side and now yall wanted me to pay for to return them or pay to send me the right side no everything yall said was a lied so just send me my money I send yall crap back . What have to get a lawyer into to y’all to do the right thing

I placed an order on 9/6 and as of 9/23 the order has still not been shipped. I contacted the company multiple times and received the same email.

Terrible, order took almost a month! Now I have them, they don’t have any arch, the material is just like mesh , no structure! I emailed to find out how to return. No response! Can’t get a return process on their website! I’m disgusted .

If I could give a negative response I would. I would really like management or better yet the owner to contact me to escalate this matter. There is NOTHING more I can do on my end. PayPal has notified me that you, as the true merchant, MUST contact them. When Orthora, the true merchant, does this we can settle this. Until then I am so disappointed and disgusted about this whole thing. ORTHORA sends me the wrong size. ORTHORA refuses to make it right. Offering 10%, 20%, 30% and 50% refunded and me keeping shoes that you WRONGLY sent me is not right. Then telling me ORTHORA will give me 100% back IF I send the shoes back to China. Knowing that the cost to do so is way more than I paid for the shoes is misconduct of business No one gives me the option of an exchange. When we finally get to that conclusion you give me 2 different stories. The shoes are unisex but not the sizes. Oh, the sizes are unisex. That is impossible as a men’s 10 is equilivent to a ladies 12. Not to mention mold sizes are completely different. I asked for a ladies size 10. You say ok but then decide to send a size 9? That would be too small in ladies and too big in men’s. Yes, I disputed this case, yes, you “won” on the technicality that you offered 100% back if I shipped to China. Only reason PayPal told me to dispute with Discover is because they are the ones who paid PayPal to pay ORTHORA. PayPal did this because ORTHORA gave me a $5 credit because shipping was 3 weeks late. Once PayPal sees this credit they can’t do anything. PayPal KNOWS the case is closed but do not have the capability to close on their end. PayPal has asked me to have you, ORTHORA the true merchant, to contact them to verify. I have done that. That is my final option. It is now up to ORTHORA to make this right. Please refer this email to management or better yet the owner, to show them what has happened. Not to mention that I have emailed numerous people in the company. If contacting me by phone is easier, we can set up a time to do so. This is the email I sent to the company. NO resolution.

Buyers beware. These shoes are not what is advertised. They have no support and are NOT slip resistant. I have tried to return these yet I am not getting any info from customer service. Terrible purchase.
