Orthora Footwear company I emailed and they emailed me back right away about getting an exchange to get the proper size shoe so that it doesn't run up against my heel and I took my measurements and they provided me with the proper size. All I had to do is pay a 14.95 exchange payment and they are going to send me the 2 pair of shoes free of charge with not even returning the pairs I have already purchased. Which I have never seen that with a company. I would definitely recommend Orthora Footwear to my friends and family.

Hello, Catherine! Thank you for contacting me. It is consistent with what I’ve experienced so far. I first ran across Orthora on the Sudoku site. Since I’ve been studying footwear to deal with a chronic foot problem (bunion and hammer toe?), perhaps your site reached me thru an algorithm. Nevertheless, I was initially attracted by the factual, organized presentation of Orthora’s features which address a number of common and chronic foot-related problems, all in comparison with heavily hyped name brands along with their shortcomings and BS claims. I watched a few of your different ad presentations and compared several other brands for a while. What stood out was that your site, alone, emailed me early on to acknowledge my views and apparent interest and to offer me assistance &/or answers to any questions I might have…but, not in a typically offensive way. I finally came to the decision to try the Orthoras, but had a few questions which I emailed to you, late on Friday, I think, not expecting to hear back until this week. To my great surprise, I got an email response from Jersey, maybe in the MIDDLE of the same night, answering my questions and offering helpful advice! Don’t remember if I placed the order before or after her email, but soon after, the next day, I received your personal thanks for the order and welcome to the Orthora family. Then, on Sunday, the email from you to which I am responding now. Again, on Sunday, after receiving a generous offer for a 3rd pair, I emailed “another” question, to which I received a quick reply from Diane the same day! I’m not intending to come across as sycophantic, but I was and am particularly impressed with you and your organization’s very prompt responses, as well as your “mission statement” which resonated with me as genuine and enlightened! Maybe, Catherine, you’re just a talented wordsmith (Ha!), but I doubt it!! I’m older than dirt and just trying to keep this old carcass operating! Ten years ago, new knees (perfect)! This year, double carpal tunnel and trigger finger… improving! Now, this bunion and toe thing… seeing podiatrist tomorrow. Feet problems are really debilitating and have to be fixed! No pressure, but I’m counting on your Orthoras to help me get active again soon! To finally wrap up, I hope that I’m not overly optimistic, but I like the way you do business and am anxious to receive my first order. I was able to research the shoes and read other reviews that helped me decide to order. Also I received a 10% code which was extremely helpful in this economy! The site was user friendly and it was a no fuss process ! Now I’m just excited waiting for my new shoes. I love that you personally follow up ……when I tried to track my order, you had a video explaining the process of delivery! Thank you for being real people in this techno overload world !!!!!
