Your customer service is really bad
Your customer service is really bad. I woud tell people not to order from you. There many other complaints just like mine. Wished I had read them first before ordering. I want to exchange for another size. Your shoe sizing is really ,even with your recommendations. I have sent many emails and yet no response to my issue.

I am a doctor who works long shifts
I am a doctor who works long shifts, which is exactly why I ordered these shoes hoping for something comfortable and convenient. Unfortunately, the shoes I received were extremely oversized — not even close to the size I normally wear or expected based on what I ordered. When I contacted the company to return them, I was shocked to learn that I would be responsible for the return shipping, which they told me could cost approximately $20–$40. I don’t understand why I should have to spend that much additional money to return shoes that were nowhere near the correct fit. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. When ordering shoes online, customers should be able to trust that the sizing information is reasonably accurate and that, if there is a significant sizing issue, they won’t be faced with an expensive return just to correct the problem. I’m sharing my experience so other customers know to read the return policy very carefully before purchasing and understand the potential cost if the shoes don’t fit. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not order from this company again, and I would not recommend them to others.

I need to return my shoes for a smaller size. I ordered my normal size per instructions and received them and way too big. I have sent emails and still no response from anyone on doing a return.

I would give Orthoa Footwear a "less…
I would give Orthoa Footwear a "less than" 1 Star if available. The shoes received were anything but wide as advertised! After sending in the photos as required and Orthora accepted the return, I was instructed to send them back to CHINA at my expense! Or receive a 50% refund. I wanted a full refund and would have gladly sent them back to a US address, but accepted the 50% refund offer. It has been 2 months and no refund or response to emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
My experience with this company was unacceptable. Despite advertising a 9 to 12 day shipping window, my order did not arrive for nearly a month. Throughout that time, shipping updates were minimal and provided little useful information. The most frustrating part has been customer service. Every email receives an immediate response assuring me that someone will contact me shortly, yet no one ever follows through. I have emailed daily to obtain a return shipping label and have made no progress. Because the company failed to address my concerns or provide adequate support, I was forced to dispute the transaction with my bank. I would strongly encourage potential customers to consider these issues before placing an order.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Ordered shoes, they never shipped them. 3 weeks later I emailed them to cancel the order and k stead they sent the shoes. Now they expect me to pay to ship them back. Been dealing with this nightmare customer service since August. No phone number to talk to anyone only email.

This is the worst online shoes company
This is the worst online shoes company. The product took almost one month to arrive. The shoes were poor quality, smell of toxic chemicals and the size 9 women, was a 10.5 men. The company is not accountable for the poor fitting. They expect you to pay more money to get a replacement on a product that they delivered incorrectly or scam you into buying more products. I don’t recommend buying any of their shoes. BE AWARE!!!! IT’S A SCAM!!!

They suck & lie
They suck. I explained the medical issues I have with my foot & was assured that what to order would work. Both times would not work & felt lied to. Would not refund my money as I had already been sent so called replacement even though was assured this would work. Could not even get any of the shoes on my foot. I said return all for refund. No, was offered 10%, complained then up to 15%. Still have nasty taste in my mouth & out over $60 & worthless shoes. Their customer service sucks as well as their shoes. Keep your money & run far away from this company.
