Bad business no returns
My aunt ordered some shoes from this website and they did not work for her. The insole didn’t allow her to walk properly. We look to return only way you can return is by email it automatic message just says they have it received your request. That’s it. no return address or anything so now we stuck with the shoes bad business.

NO Stars
I wouldn’t even give one star to this company. I want to return the shoes as they are not comfortable. I do not feel they are padded properly. I am getting the run around trying to get a return address. Steer clear from Orrhora. NOT easy returns, as they say.

Don't waste your money or time.
I wasn't aware that my order was coming from overseas. The estimated delivery date was weeks off and tracking was a joke. Once received I was very disappointed in the shoes. No arch support at all, size runs big, and not quality.

I did not receive both pairs I ordered
I did not receive both pairs I ordered. I purchased the buy 1 pair get 1 pair free. After 2 weeks I only received 1 pair. They said both were delivered but there was only the 1 pair in the bag. Since I have only 1 tracking number I can not track it. Still waiting on some kind of resolution.

If I could give a 0 I would
If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered my normal size but the shoes are huge in length and width! I contacted the company but all I get is a fixed response. Sizing is way off, shoes are not well made! DONT waste your money!

It took way longer for me to get then I…
It took way longer for me to get then I thought it would and was longer than the time they gave me for them to come. I had to keep emailing to see where they’re at before I finally got them.And then trying to refund them finding out that I would have pay to send them back when they didn’t come like they say they would and they were way big and bulky. I had to add 10 more dollars and have them trade them in for a different kind in size.

Their website description for ordering…deceptive and will not refund
Their website description for ordering the size you need is incorrect. They need to update the sizing to reflect the correct size for men. I have contacted via email, which is the only way to correspond, this in and of itself, should alert consumers this is a shady company. Has not contacted me back with return information and after reading the complaints logged with the BBB and all have giving them a 1 star. This is the main theme to everyone's complaint. Will not get back with you nor will honor the refund process.
