Scam company
Scam company. Offers 100% money back guarantee if not satisfied. Lies! They stopped contacting me when I tried to return these cheap shoes. I had to dispute it with my credit card company. These shoes are cheap. Heavy soles, they do have a cushiony insert, but they have zero arch support. Please don't be fooled. These are going to Goodwill.

I ordered my shoes on 9/14/26
I ordered my shoes on 9/14/26, was told they shipped on 9/17/26, received an email on 9/21/26 stating there was a delay, but the order would ship in 1-3 days. I am a stroke patient who relied on this shipment to be on time. I have had no correspondence since. I’m extremely disappointed and had planned on telling others and purchasing more shoes. However this experience has completely changed my mind! Also, to think I now have to pay to return them SUCKS!!!! If they ever come

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
If I could give this company a negative I would. They have been horrible to work with. The shoes are too big and they only want to offer me a 10% discount or give me credit for a company that I don't want to work with. Here is their response. 50% Store Credit / Discount Code Receive 50% store credit to use toward any other item in our store. 10% Partial Refund Receive a 10% refund of the $108 product cost, which is $10.80. You do not need to return the shoes and may keep or donate them. Return for Full Refund If you still prefer a full refund, I can accommodate the return: The shoes must be unused and in good condition. You would need to cover the return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Return shipping is estimated at $20–$80 because the parcels must be sent to our overseas warehouse. All shipping fees and applicable duties must be prepaid before sending the parcels. If the return is not prepaid, we will not be able to receive them. Once the shoes are received and inspected, I’ll process the refund for the product cost. Handling fees are non-refundable. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I waited almost for a month to receive…
I waited almost for a month to receive these shoes and now I have them and they are way too big and I cannot get a hold of anyone to return them. So I am not very happy.

Stay as far away from this company as…
Stay as far away from this company as possible. I bought three pairs of sneakers from this company. After putting in a complaint with my credit card company, they finally arrived about 1 month later through an entirely different shipping company. After they arrived, they were the wrong size. I had been emailing the company all along and they at first offered a 30% discount not to return the shoes and then it turned into a 50% discount. I said okay but now just to get the 50% back it is contingent on the chargeback being closed which my bank assures me that this is the case but Orthora says not on their side. I am out money and their shoes are the wrong size.

I order a pair of sneakers and they are…
I order a pair of sneakers and they are way too small. I order the correct size. I want to return them and you don't do returns????? You'll give me $6 back on a $64 pair of sneakers. I would never recommend this company. You want me to send them back to somewhere in China when they were shipped to me from Jamaica NY the state I live in. Buyer be beware. Their sizes are not right and they don't back up their products .. it's a scam.
