The ordering process was smooth
The ordering process was smooth. The customer service from Nica sure reinforced my opinion of Orthora Footwear. Nica has been exceptional in maintaining contact. I couldn't be more pleased and feel as I am important to Orthora. Everything has been smooth. Just waiting for my replacement order of a size 7. Orthora Footwear does care about their customers. I look forward to enjoying my size 7 shoes and perhaps ordering another pair in the near future. Thank you Nica and the customer service personnel.

I had some issues with the insoles i…
I had some issues with the insoles i purchase and wanted to return them but they go back to China so you're company issue me a store credit and I thought that was fair so in the next week I will be purchase a new pair of walking shoes

It was easy to order
It was easy to order. I love the comparisons of the other sneakers because I’ve been through all of them and it’s so true. After a while your feet and back start to ache. I hope these are better I’m on my feet almost all day.

It was very easy to order
It was very easy to order. They had the size I wear. I have tried other shoe companies only to find they didn’t have my size. They also had the colors I wanted.
