First of all, it took over a month to get the shoes. I was super excited about them! An affordable alternative shoe. But, what a disappointment! The shoes are about one size larger than all my other shoes, there is no arch support like they claimed, and they are heavy. The only thing that matched their claims is the wide toe box. When I got them, it was clear these shoes would not work for me, but there was no return instructions. I contacted the shoe company and they gave me an address in China and said I would have to pay shipping, and customs, or they would refund 10%. And, I could give them away. $10.00 for $100.00 spent. Save yourself the headache.

Was very disappointed in the quality of the shoes. They looked cheap, nothing like the picture. Asked for a refund, which they promote a full refund if not satisfied. Only to get a run around about how to return. This place is a joke. Don't waste your money!

The first set of shoes did not fit. Your team worked with me to get a replacement pair that was based on measurements of my feet. Replacement shoes were sent. They were too small. The arch support was too far back in the body of the shoe and my toes were cramped due to the length of the shoe being too short. I’m sad that I bought into the idea of being able find something online that would feel comfortable on my feet. And sad that I spent money for online promises of comfort. I’m going to give them to an impoverished friend of mine.

The shoes we purchased looked cheap and nothing like advertised. Then, when we tried to return them, we had to accept 70% of the purchase price or pay for shipping back to China. Very much a rip off.

I place my order but realize I did not select the size I needed. I immediately right after the order not 5 minutes at the least sent an email requesting my shoe size be changed. I received and email quickly saying the I formation has been forwarded. I thought the issue was taken care of but days later I received an email saying my shoes has been shipped to the size couldn't be changed. I received the email the same day I received and email saying my shoes has been shipped. I was told that to wait on my shoes to arrive and then return them and there would be a fee. I am disappointed in the fact that I made the request and someone responded all in the same day of me submitting the order. It was days before my shoes were even shipped so the size could have been changed and now I have to return the shoes and pay a fee. This definitely not good customer service from a company. I feel like there is a communication problem and why the request i had did not reach whomever prepares the order in a timely matter. I definitely will give the shoes to someone else and definitely will not be recommending the shoes or company regardless if the shoes are the most comfortable as advertised. Your procedures and customer service have left me entirely disappointed. I would understand if I order the shoe and waited hours or even days to make the change request. But I made it minutes and it still took days for the shoes to be shipped. I am supposed to received the shoes today which is October the 8. I can not tracking the shoes even putting in the order number. Just definitely disappointed in the process. I am doing g this survey so I am not looking at the actual date I placed the order.

Ordered a men’s size 10. After two weeks what I actually received was a men’s size 11.5. Tried to return the shoes and after two more weeks of back-and-forth emails the best they would offer was a 30% refund and that I could keep or donate the shoes. If I decided to ship them back, it was at my cost and it was all the way to China! They don’t have a local outlet in the United States. Horrible company and the quality of this shoe was poor. I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Order # 84667 I didn't want the black shoes I ordered. They didn't feel right or fit correctly. Tried to return and that took weeks to determine that I could only order another pair for $9.95. I have ordered another pair and believe me I will not make the mistake of ordering from Orthora Footwear again and I will be sharing my experience on social media. So sorry I ordered.

Supply inferior quality. When you request to return gives lot of conditions ( in their ads 45 days return policy) Delaying mail reply to pass time(only to divert buyer's mind) most of people try 2 to 3 times and forgot matter. They give me one page return conditions after 6mail to company director and support team. you have to return to overseas supplier on your cost. THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE PURCHASE. LOT OF ONLINE COMPLAINS YOU WILL FIND.
