This is a company that really cares…
This is a company that really cares about the people that buy their products. I feel like they put their customers needs first and it’s not all about money. They answered my request quickly and I appreciate it and was surprised. I will spread the word about this company and will continue to support them.

It was very easy ordering
It was very easy ordering. Only thing is tried to go back in and change color of one pair before shipment and it wouldn't allow me to do so. OK since writing this Ortho has reached out to me to try and assist if not to late, if it is I can always return one pair. So far extremely happy with the company.

It was my pleasure
It was my pleasure. We had pleasant conversations about what we disagreed on. Ellie understood where I was coming from and I understood her position. Still waiting on my shoes and keep looking for my refund. There is still one issue we don’t agree on but we are still here respect for each other. It still has been my pleasure.
