Product was shipped quickly. Arrived quickly. Product was described and sized accurately.

Delivery came fast, but unfortunately, it was too big for her neck so I had to send it back, but I thank you very much

Received broken cervical collar. Notified them of problem and was asked for photos which I supplied. They have ghosted me on all efforts to get return authorization and refund. They clipped me for $60-beware!!

Received broken cervical collar. They have refused all contact for return and refund.

I was pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service. Being able to pay flat price for 35" straps even though the 13" ones are listed. Also how fast I was able to get them. BTW my brace fits much more comfortably THANK YOU!

I ordered one of their braces and it didn’t fit. I have emailed them twice for their return information as requested on their website with no response.

The offloading brace I purchased from orthomen really works well to reduce medial osteoarthritic pain in my knee.

Prompt response about products, great customer service, and fast shipping.
