Unlike custom orthotics that can cost $400-$600, these are way less so order doubles or triples so you don’t have to switch between shoes. Also they are easy to trim to fit any narrow or short shoe beds.

The insoles solve a problem that other manufacturers don't want to address which is support for people with pronation problems. I have been a pronator all my life, insoles with support allow me to run amongst other things without getting injured, I used to buy insoles of the shelf with good results, but I no longer find any. Fortunately Orthoflex is coming to the rescue, I have their soles in 3 pairs of different walking shoes and I can feel and see an improvement in my feet posture. I have still to try them running, but they are similar to others I have had before so I see no reason why they should not work. The only minus is that in one of my pair of shoes the insole's support sits slightly in the wrong place and there is no form to correct this, but overall I can't complain about anything else.

I think they are giving me good support and the product is as described in the advertisement. Of note I am scheduled for an arthrodesis of the right ankle next month which will fuse the ankle to the heel bone so this isn't a total fix. I will wear them after my six weeks of non-weight bearing and I'm sure they will be a big help.

Ordering was easy. I wear a size shoe 10 in womens but found that the insole was a tad bit short. Will have to order the next size up and cut them I guess. It did seem to take a little longer than expected to receive them but otherwise was good.

Well made and reduced the discomfort helping me walk better.
