I hesitated in buying a pair, but I really like them — so much so that I bought three more pairs. I’ve tried probably a dozen different brands and these are the best.

I like the fact that the arches do not collapse even when weight is applied. I also like the fact that they are higher arches.

I definitely feel more support in the arch of my feet.. I have more stability.

Just a little trimming to get the size right, and I am thrilled with the arch support and comfort.

I cannot begin to tell people about the amazing customer service this company has! I have no issue with the orthoflex. They do well for me for a couple of hours. However, when I contacted customer service, Kamila has gone above expected in addressing my questions! If you have feet problems, I would highly suggest that you give orthoflex products a try!

I bought Orthoflexx arch support insoles. They are very high quality and well made. The arch does not collapse at all. Unfortunately, I need foot surgery and these insoles did not work for me due to my foot condition. I realized right away that I could not use them, so I wrote to the company’s support address and explained my issue. Customer support was great! They were very professional. They understood my problem, and they promptly refunded me for the insoles.

I am familiar with these types of insoles—they are wonderful and comfortable. I was tired of buying cheap ones which made my feet hurt. I have plantar fasciitis and the OrthoFlexx are doing a great job.

So far so good. It took about a week of 30 min a day to get used to them. I wear them for 8 hr restaurant shifts in my clogs. Very comfy. I am curious about how they will hold up. I hope they don't separate.
