I waited until I had used the insoles for a month before I placed a second order. I am happy to report that I absolutely have to wear these now. I notice the difference when I don’t! Highly recommend them.

We tried the insoles and they did not work as well as we thought. They gave us two offers to consider instead of returning. After a review we went with the 100% refund option which was processed in 24 hours. Kamila was great and this is how customer service should be

Orthoflexx customer service experience has amazing! These insoles didn’t work out for me, but hopefully this review helps someone else! I’d like to preface this all by saying my feet aren’t normal. I have about the highest arch you can have, bunions starting on my feet (still in search of the right shoe), and need good cushion on the balls of my feet so I don’t keep getting metatarsalgia. I’ve tried MANY different products to find the right one and I’m still looking. The two main issues I had were the cushion in the ball of the foot area and the level of arch support. Both were ALMOST there. I think had I found this 5 years ago, the insoles would have been excellent, but with where I am on my insole journey, they just didn’t quite get there. As for non-custom insoles, I think Orthflexx is one of the best you can buy that I have found on the market, just not for my feet.

I had not been satisfied with any of the other brands that I have tried---so happy to find Orthoflexx to 'fix' my problem!! They are great quality insoles.

The only shoes ive been able to wear in the last 10 years that dont cause me foot pain are my custom made work boots. Ive tried sooo many insoles with tennis shoes and none worked for more than a few minutes. Three days wearing my new orthoflexx insoles with tennis shoes and i had no pain being on my feet. Highly recommend this product.
