They arrived much sooner than I had thought they would. When I placed them in my slippers, to become used to them, the arch support wasn’t moving or giving in under my weight but felt firm and secure. That is a good firm and secure. They were comfortable from the go. My left foot had taken longer to adjust. Now, I can feel the aligning of knees, hips and back. Knee pain has lessened. Their great!

I have been using many insoles that have not lived up to expectations. This is a class of its own and a specially good one. I wish they could make one for leather-dressing shoes, of the same quality but without the cushion.

Very happy with it . After a week of using them in my favourite pair of shoes - Chelsea boots - in which I do quite a bit of walking in - I seem to notice a movement towards improvement in my second toe. Trouble is, would my arch collapse again- when I walk around barefoot?

So far most of my pain on my foot is gone I still have some other issues that need therapy but it has definitely made a difference. I have lymphedema on my legs and I assure it will help out.

10 years ago a Podiatrist told me my feet were challenging due to “fallen arches”. Tried various things since with different levels of success. Although not the cheapest, these seem to be amongst the better ones.
