These insoles are the best OTC ones I have ever tried. So good, in fact, they measure up to the custom insoles from a podiatrist that I have had for years. The arch support is exactly what I needed and the comfort in the heal is very nice. I was concerned about the sizing because of the multiple sizes in one pair of insoles, however they fit perfectly in my size 7 women’s shoes. I did not have to trim at all. I love them so much I plan to order another pair so I don’t have to switch them around depending which shoes I wear. If you need arch support, these are amazing!

These were easy to modify to fit in my shoes. I just matched them up to my old ones and trimmed away.

My plantar facsciitis has inproved after 3 weeks of wearing the insoles. I do boogie bounce extreme thrice a week and I don't have so much pain after the classes. Will continue to wear the insoles, thank you.

First I bought one pair and then I bought two more pairs. They are by far the best support insoles I’ve ever purchased! And my left foot has some serious issues even after four surgeries! So I’ve reached the end of the trail on corrective surgery and these offer enough support where I can almost walk like normal!

My issue is actually a hammertoe on one foot—complicated by an ill-considered kick to a concrete block decades ago in a fit of justified anger, but which actually broke two bones in my toe. What I hadn’t really realized until I tried your insoles is that even slight pronation aggravates the big toe’s inclination to climb over the second toe. The insoles help to ease that pronation, thus easing my foot pain.
